نبذة عن الوظيفة
يؤدي كابتن النادل دور قيادة فريق الخدمة في صالة الطعام، وتنسيق توزيع الطاولات، وضمان حصول الضيوف على خدمة سريعة ومهنية ومحترمة طوال زيارتهم. تشمل المهام اليومية استقبال الضيوف وتوجيههم إلى الطاولات، وتعريفهم بقائمة الطعام، واستلام الطلبات وإدارتها، والتنسيق مع المطبخ والبار، والإشراف على توصيل الأطعمة والمشروبات إلى الطاولات. كما يتضمن الدور تدريب وتوجيه فريق النُدُل، ومراقبة تجهيز الطاولات ونظافتها، ومعالجة استفسارات الضيوف، ودعم عمليات غرفة الطعام خلال أوقات الذروة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق الخدمة في صالة الطعام وتنسيق توزيع الطاولات

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة ككابتن نادل أو نادل أول أو سيرفر كبير في بيئة مطعم مزدحمة (مفضلة)
- القدرة على العمل في نوبات مرنة تشمل المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية
- الهدوء تحت الضغط والقدرة على التعامل مع فترات الذروة
- معرفة بأساسيات النظافة ولوائح سلامة الغذاء
- مهارات إضافية في اللغات تعد ميزة إضافية

- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, including menu knowledge and understanding of proper serving standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with guests, kitchen staff, and service team members.
- Candidates should possess basic Cooking and food handling knowledge to understand preparation times, presentation, and safety standards.
- Previous experience as a captain waiter, head waiter, or senior server in a busy restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and mentor junior service staff.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety regulations; additional language skills are an advantage.
