المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة engagements العملاء المتعلقة بتوليد أرصدة الكربون والمشاريع الاستشارية وتنفيذ تقنيات إدارة الكربون.
- تقييم احتياجات العملاء وإجراء التحليلات الفنية وتحليلات السوق.
- تطوير مقترحات المشاريع وتصميم استراتيجيات تقليل الكربون وتوليد الأرصدة.
- إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية وتيسير ورش العمل.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء الدوليين وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين.
- دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال والمساهمة في الفكر الريادي.
- ضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق ووفقاً للمعايير التنظيمية والصناعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في أسواق الكربون أو سياسات المناخ أو الاستدامة أو الاستشارات البيئية، مع خبرة في توليد أرصدة الكربون أو مشاريع ذات صلة.
- إجادة التحليل الكمي بما في ذلك تفسير البيانات والتحليلات المالية أو تحليل التكلفة والعائد ونمذجة سيناريوهات خفض الانبعاثات.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع تشمل التخطيط والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة وتقييم المخاطر وتقديم مشاريع استشارية أو فنية معقدة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة تشمل كتابة التقارير وإعداد العروض التقديمية والقدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية لجماهير متنوعة.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء علاقات مع العملاء والمساهمة في تطوير الأعمال والتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات ودولية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العلوم البيئية أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة؛ درجة الماجستير أو شهادة مهنية ذات صلة تعتبر ميزة.
- الإلمام باللوائح والمعايير والمنهجيات الإقليمية والدولية للكربون (مثل بروتوكولات سوق الكربون الطوعي) يعتبر مفيداً جداً.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- الاستعداد للعمل حضورياً في الرياض والسفر لحضور اجتماعات العملاء أو الشركاء حسب الحاجة.

Role Description The Senior Consultant role at CarboSol is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements related to carbon credit generation, advisory projects, and carbon management technology implementation. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, facilitating workshops, coordinating with international partners, and guiding junior team members. The Senior Consultant will also support business development activities, contribute to thought leadership, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in carbon markets, climate policy, sustainability, or environmental consulting, with experience in carbon credit generation or related projects.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, including data interpretation, financial or cost-benefit analyses, and modeling of emissions reduction scenarios.
- Experience in project management, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk assessment, and delivering complex advisory or technical projects.
- Effective communication skills, including report writing, presentation development, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, contribute to business development, and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, business, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regional and international carbon regulations, standards, and methodologies (e.g., voluntary carbon market protocols) is highly beneficial.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus. Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and travel for client or partner meetings as needed.
