تعلن HSBC السعودية عن توفر وظيفة محلل في تمويل البنية التحتية (للسعوديين فقط) في الرياض، حي الدار البيضاء.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم شاغل الوظيفة فرق تمويل البنية التحتية في HSBC في تنفيذ الأنشطة اليومية وأعمال الأعمال، بهدف تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة وحلول للعملاء باستخدام معرفة وموارد HSBC.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم وإجراء العناية الواجبة المالية والتجارية الأولية، والتأكد من دقة النماذج المالية، وتحديد أي مخاطر مرتبطة بالاستثمار، وإنشاء/تحليل النماذج المالية وتطوير تقييمات الشركات.
- مساعدة الزميل ومدير الشؤون والمدير في إجراء التحليلات وإعداد التقارير للعملاء والإدارة العليا.
- إعداد مواد تسويقية لعروض العملاء واللقاءات الترويجية والأنشطة التسويقية لتحقيق نمو في الأعمال.
- إجراء أنشطة مراقبة السوق وإعداد تقارير دورية عن معلومات السوق وأداء أسواق رأس المال، ورفع أي مخاطر أو مشكلات تتعلق بالمشاريع إلى المدير أو رئيس الوحدة.
- إجراء أبحاث تقييم البيئة السوقية الحالية، ورصد التغييرات في المبادئ التوجيهية للسياسات الخارجية، وتقييم آثارها على قرارات المشروع.
- إنتاج تقارير دورية للإدارة ومجموعات العمل.
- إعداد وصيانة مستندات KYC وفحص التعارضات وملفات الإغلاق وقاعدة بيانات القسم، وضمان التوثيق المناسب وحفظ جميع مستندات العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم المديرين في التخطيط الشامل للمشروع عبر إعداد تقارير حول جداول المشروع.
- رفع التقارير للمديرين حول التأخيرات أو المخاطر المحتملة بشكل دوري.
- مساعدة المديرين في إعداد تقارير المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية.
- إظهار العقلية والشخصية المناسبة في التعامل مع توجيهات أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لضمان استمرار البيئة المتناغمة.

The role holder is responsible for supporting the HSBC Infrastructure Finance teams in the day to day execution and business activities, in order to provide clients with high quality of service management and solutions using HSBC knowledge and resources.
Principal Accountabilities ( Key activities and decision making areas) Impact on the Business
- Support and assist in conducting preliminary financial and commercial due diligence, accuracy of financial models, and identification of any risks with the investment, create/analyse financial models and develop company valuations.
- Support the Associate, Associate Director and Director in performing any analysis and preparing reports for clients and top management
- Prepare marketing materials for client pitches, road shows and marketing activities in order to achieve growth in business.
- Conduct market monitoring activities and seek reporting of market information and Capital market performance on a periodic basis, and raise any risks or issues on the projects to the Director or Head of unit.
- Conduct research that assesses the existing market environment, monitors changes in external policy guidelines and evaluates their implications on project decisions
- Produce regular reports for management and working groups.
- Prepare and maintain of the KYC, Conflict checks, Closing files, the department database and ensure proper documentation and filing of all clients and stakeholders documents. Customers / Stakeholders
- Support Directors on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules.
- Escalate to Directors on potential delays/risks identified on a regular basis.
- Assist Directors in preparation of project reports.
- Demonstrate correct mentality and personality in dealing and receiving guidance from other team members to ensure continuity if the harmonious environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance
