📢 We’re hiring: Finance Manager | Riyadh

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support financial planning, cost control, and operational performance across a capital-intensive business.

What you’ll do:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Prepare financial reports and models to assess business performance

• Oversee cost control, accounting, and CAPEX/OPEX analysis

• Support concession financial management and contract evaluation

• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and decision-making processes

• Lead and support a finance team

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, operating cost models, and CAPEX/OPEX management

• High proficiency in English and Spanish; if Spanish is not at a bilingual level, experience working with Spanish culture is required

• Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills

• Big Four audit experience is an advantage
