Role Description The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Academy of Learning branch in Al Hafuf, ensuring smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and support services. This full-time, on-site role includes managing staff performance, coordinating with academic leadership on program delivery, and monitoring adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards. The General Manager will develop and implement operational plans, manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and drive initiatives to enhance student satisfaction and outcomes. The role also involves building relationships with local businesses and community partners, supporting enrollment and marketing activities, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse staff members.
• Proficiency in operations management, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective branch performance.
• Experience in academic administration or education management, preferably within vocational or higher education settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with regulatory bodies, partners, and internal teams.
• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing process improvements and achieving organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Vision 2030 objectives and the local business environment in Saudi Arabia is highly beneficial.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to learner success and quality standards.
