Real Estate Broker (Commission-Based)

📍 Obhur, Jeddah

Rayash Real Estate is expanding and is looking for motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our team on a 100% commission basis.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate sales and want to maximize their income while representing exclusive residential and commercial projects across Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Present exclusive projects to buyers and investors.
• Conduct property viewings.
• Follow up with clients and close sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Based in Jeddah or willing to work in Obhur.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. There is no fixed salary.
