Job Summary: Lead and manage software development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality applications. Responsible for project delivery, team leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams.
• Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams.
• Drive code quality, security, and best practices.
• Oversee system architecture, cloud platforms, and integrations.
• Support recruitment, performance management, and team development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with modern development technologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
