تعلن Hyatt Place عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمحاسب عام (General Cashier) في مدينة العلا، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك لدعم افتتاح فندق Hyatt Place AlUla.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

بصفته المحاسب العام، سيتولى إدارة المعاملات النقدية اليومية للفندق، وضمان دقة إجراءات التعامل مع النقد، والحفاظ على السجلات المالية، ودعم قسم المالية وفقًا لسياسات الفندق والضوابط المالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام والتحقق وتسوية التحصيلات النقدية اليومية من جميع منافذ الإيرادات بالفندق
  • إعداد الإيداعات البنكية اليومية وضمان تأمين الأموال وإيداعها وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة
  • الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمعاملات النقدية والمستندات الداعمة
  • إجراء الجرد النقدي اليومي وتسوية الأرصدة النقدية لضمان الدقة
  • المساعدة في مراقبة إجراءات التعامل مع النقد والامتثال للضوابط الداخلية
  • إعداد التقارير النقدية وتقديم الوثائق المالية حسب المطلوب
  • التنسيق مع قسم المالية والإدارات التشغيلية فيما يتعلق بالمسائل النقدية
  • التحقيق في أي اختلافات نقدية والإبلاغ عنها في الوقت المناسب
  • الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المالية والسجلات
  • دعم التحضيرات المالية قبل الافتتاح والتأهب لإدارة النقد

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في المحاسبة المالية أو الصرافة أو مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل داخل الفنادق
  • معرفة جيدة بإجراءات التعامل مع النقد والضوابط المالية
  • مهارات عددية وتحليلية قوية
  • مستوى عال من الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل
  • القدرة على الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المالية
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية

Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented General Cashier to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the General Cashier, you’ll be responsible for managing the hotel’s daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures, maintaining financial records, and supporting the Finance department in accordance with hotel policies and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and reconcile daily cash collections from all hotel revenue outlets
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure funds are secured and deposited in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and supporting documentation
  • Perform daily cash counts and reconcile cash balances to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in monitoring cash handling procedures and compliance with internal controls
  • Prepare cash reports and submit financial documentation as required
  • Coordinate with Finance and operational departments regarding cash-related matters
  • Investigate and report cash discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and records
  • Support pre-opening finance preparations and cash management readiness

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cashiering, finance, accounting, or a related role, preferably within hotels
  • Good knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial controls
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential financial information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
