We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department through the Tamheer Program.

This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, client engagement, and marketing operations within the engineering consultancy industry.

Here's what you'll do:

• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other marketing channels.
• Content & Social Media: Support content creation, proofreading, scheduling, and publishing across the company's digital platforms.
• Marketing Coordination: Maintain marketing calendars, coordinate with internal departments, and follow up on ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and explore business opportunities within the engineering and construction sectors.
• CRM & Lead Management: Assist in updating client databases, organizing leads, and tracking marketing activities using CRM tools.
• Events & Exhibitions: Support the planning and coordination of industry exhibitions, corporate events, and client engagement activities.
• Marketing Reports: Assist in preparing marketing performance reports, tracking campaign results, and organizing marketing data.
• Marketing Materials: Coordinate the preparation and updating of company profiles, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate with 0 years of experience required.
• Eligible for the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Tamheer Program.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
• Interest in B2B marketing and the engineering consultancy industry is a plus.
