المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة حلول التكامل بين الأنظمة والتطبيقات المؤسسية، وضمان تبادل بيانات آمن وموثوق وقابلية التشغيل البيني.
- تحليل المتطلبات التجارية والفنية، وتنفيذ سير عمل التكامل وواجهات APIs، واستكشاف مشكلات التكامل المعقدة وإصلاحها، وتحسين أداء النظام.
- التعاون مع فرق تطوير البرمجيات وهندسة الأنظمة وفرق المشاريع، وإعداد الوثائق الفنية، ودعم أنشطة تنفيذ المشاريع وما بعد النشر.
- توجيه أعضاء الفريق، والتوصية بأفضل الممارسات، والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لمعايير التكامل وعملياته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في التكامل وهندسة الأنظمة، بما في ذلك خبرة في أنماط التكامل المؤسسي، APIs، الوسيطة (Middleware)، وهندسة النظام.
- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة لتحليل المتطلبات وتصميم الحلول وتحسين الأداء وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية.
- قدرات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لتشخيص المشكلات المعقدة عبر التطبيقات والشبكات والأنظمة المتكاملة.
- خبرة في تطوير البرمجيات، ويفضل مع لغات البرمجة والأتمتة ذات الصلة.
- مؤهل مناسب مثل درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادات المتقدمة في منصات التكامل أو التقنيات السحابية مفيدة للغاية.
- يفضل خبرة مع الأنظمة المؤسسية (مثل ERP، CRM، ESB، الخدمات المصغرة)، وإدارة API، ومعايير الأمان (المصادقة، التفويض، التشفير).
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون قوية، والقدرة على العمل في فرق متعددة التخصصات، وسجل حافل بتسليم مشاريع تقنية معقدة في الوقت المحدد.
- الإلمام بمنهجيات Agile وممارسات DevOps والتحكم بالإصدار وسلسلة أدوات CI/CD يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Role Description The Senior Integration Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business and technical requirements, implementing integration workflows and APIs, troubleshooting complex integration issues, and optimizing system performance. - Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing complex issues across applications, networks, and integrated systems.
- Candidates should possess Software Development expertise, preferably with experience in relevant programming languages, scripting, and automation tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in integration platforms or cloud technologies are highly beneficial.
- Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ESB, microservices), API management, and security standards (authentication, authorization, encryption) is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
