Al-Ramsat Contracting Company is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager (QA/QC Manager) with experience in interior fit-out and electromechanical works.

📍 #Location: Riyadh_Saudi Arabia

Requirements:-

✔ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, a related engineering discipline, or equivalent.

✔ 3-10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in interior fit-out and finishing projects.

✔ Knowledge of quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.

✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

✔ Good reporting, communication, and coordination skills.

✔ Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

✔ Quality-related certifications, such as CQI or Lead Auditor, are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement quality plans and procedures for fit-out projects.

✔ Supervise inspections of completed works to ensure compliance with approved specifications and drawings, including painting, flooring, gypsum ceilings, carpentry, plumbing, electrical fit-out works, and other related activities.

✔ Inspect and approve incoming materials for project use (Material Approval & Inspection).

✔ Issue and follow up on Requests for Inspection (RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.

✔ Prepare snagging and punch lists and ensure all outstanding items are closed before project handover.

✔ Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors, consultants, and clients.

✔ Prepare periodic quality reports and submit them to management.

✔ Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
