تعلن شركة Brenntag السعودية عن توفر وظيفة مدير عمليات (Operations Manager) في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة جميع عمليات المستودعات، بما في ذلك التخزين والتحميل والتفريغ واستلام البضائع والشحن.
- ضمان ومراقبة التنفيذ الفعال لعمليات تدفق المواد والمعلومات.
- تقييم أداء الموردين الحاليين وتحسين عمليات التعاون معهم.
- البحث عن موردين جدد وتطوير بدائل تتماشى مع احتياجات اللوجستيات للشركة.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر في العمليات التشغيلية، وتحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وضمان تحقيق أهداف الأداء.
- التنسيق مع مقدمي خدمات الطرف الثالث (3PL) وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- مراجعة والتحقق من دقة فواتير الشحن الواردة من الموردين.
- التحكم في دقة سجلات نظام المخزون وإدارة حركات المخزون وفقاً للإجراءات.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بالشركة واللوائح القانونية ذات الصلة.
- التنسيق الفعال مع جميع المستودعات ومراقبة توافق العمليات.
- تحفيز الفريق وتوجيهه وتطويره من خلال التدريب المنتظم وأنشطة التدقيق.
- إجراء تحليلات التكاليف وتنفيذ مشاريع تحسين لتقليل التكاليف اللوجستية والتشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة الصناعية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المستودعات، العمليات اللوجستية، وعمليات التوزيع المحلي.
- خبرة في تقييم أداء الموردين والبحث عن موردين جدد.
- معرفة بتخزين ونقل المواد الكيميائية السائلة والصلبة.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة SAP.
- معرفة بعمليات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والتشريعات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في العمل مع مقدمي خدمات الطرف الثالث (3PL).
المهارات المطلوبة
- تفكير تحليلي قوي ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط والتنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
- روح العمل الجماعي والقدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all warehouse operational processes, including storage, loading/unloading, goods receipt, and shipments.
- Ensure and monitor the effective execution of material and information flow processes.
- Evaluate the performance of existing suppliers and optimize collaboration processes.
- Research new suppliers and develop alternatives aligned with the company’s logistics needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operational processes, define KPIs, and ensure achievement of performance targets.
- Coordinate with 3PL service providers and enhance operational efficiency.
- Review and verify the accuracy of shipment invoices received from suppliers.
- Control the accuracy of inventory system records and manage stock movements in line with procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with all warehouses and monitor process alignment.
- Motivate, guide, and develop the team through regular training and audit activities.
- Conduct cost analyses and implement improvement projects to reduce logistics and operational costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Good command of English.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics processes, and domestic distribution operations.
- Experience in supplier performance evaluation and new supplier sourcing.
- Knowledge of storage and transportation of liquid and solid chemicals
- Experience with SAP systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and relevant legislation.
- Team-oriented with experience working with 3PL providers.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
