Al Khair Scaffolding Company is expanding its scaffolding rental business and looking for motivated sales professionals and independent sales agents to develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.

We welcome applications for both full-time employment and commission-based business opportunities.

🔹 Opportunity 1: Full-Time Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients, projects, and business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with contractors, construction companies, and oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial clients.
• Promote scaffolding rental services and generate qualified sales leads.
• Identify upcoming projects and understand clients’ requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in scaffolding sales, rental, or business development.
• Good technical knowledge of scaffolding materials and systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
• Existing contacts within Saudi Arabia’s construction and industrial sectors will be an advantage.
• A valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.

🔹 Opportunity 2: Commission-Based Sales Agent

We also welcome independent sales agents with established contacts and networks in Saudi Arabia’s construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.

• Generate leads and identify new project opportunities.
• Connect potential clients with Al Khair Scaffolding Company.
• Develop opportunities for scaffolding rental and related services.
• Earn commission on successfully secured business, subject to mutually agreed terms.
