Key Accountabilities & Activities

Generic Accountabilities

Technical Execution

• Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities in line with defined processes and requirements.
• Apply and analyze technical information to deliver accurate and timely outputs.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports, documentation, and required deliverables in line with defined standards.
• Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation.

Process Compliance

• Follow policies, procedures, and defined workflows to ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain compliance with operational guidelines and requirements.

Problem Solving

• Identify and analyze issues within the area of responsibility.
• Report findings and support resolution of issues, escalating complex matters as required.

Coordination

• Support coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Prepare and provide input for team deliverables as required.

Job-Specific Accountabilities

Automation Systems Operation Support

• Execute activities related to operation, support, and monitoring of automation systems and industrial controls to support reliable plant operations.
• Support system configuration, parameter adjustments, and routine control system activities in line with technical requirements.
• Assist in maintaining effective performance of automation systems supporting production and operations.

Automation Troubleshooting & System Support

• Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of automation system issues, escalating complex issues as required.
• Assist in resolving control system faults and supporting restoration of normal system operation.
• Support corrective actions related to automation system reliability and performance.

Automation Maintenance Support

• Execute assigned activities supporting preventive and corrective maintenance of automation systems and components.
• Support inspections, testing, calibration, and maintenance activities related to control systems and instrumentation.
• Assist in maintaining system integrity and operational readiness of automation assets.

Automation Performance Monitoring

• Monitor automation system performance and support identification of abnormalities or system performance issues.
• Support analysis of performance trends and contribute to improvements in system reliability and efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining operational performance of automation systems through routine monitoring and support.

Technical Documentation & System Records

• Maintain records related to automation activities, system updates, maintenance interventions, and technical documentation.
• Support documentation of system changes, technical issues, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure records are maintained in line with engineering and operational requirements.

Automation Improvement Support

• Support implementation of minor automation enhancements and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in improving efficiency, performance, and reliability of automation systems through continuous support activities.
