شركة سرج (Sarj) تبحث عن مهندس SIP/VoIP للعمل في الرياض، للمساهمة في بناء قدرات الاتصالات الصوتية ودمج وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي الصوتي مع البنية التحتية للعملاء.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تم تأسيس سرج في المملكة العربية السعودية وتستفيد من خبرات وادي السيليكون، لبناء حلول مبتكرة في مجال Voice AI والوكلاء الذكيين. في إطار نموها السريع، تبحث عن مواهب إبداعية للانضمام إلى الفريق. ستعمل عن قرب مع فرق العمليات والهندسة والعملاء من الشركات والحكومة لتطوير ونشر واستكشاف حلول صوتية موثوقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء وصيانة قدرات الاتصالات ضمن منصة سرج بالتعاون مع فريق الهندسة.
- دمج وكلاء Voice AI مع أنظمة PBXs وSBCs وSIP trunks ومنصات مراكز الاتصال لدى العملاء.
- تطوير تدفقات مكالمات مخصصة وتوجيه SIP وتحويلات بشرية عبر WebRTC.
- قيادة المناقشات الفنية مع العملاء، وجمع المتطلبات، ودفع عمليات الدمج حتى مرحلة الإنتاج.
- استكشاف مشاكل جودة المكالمات والإشارات والاتصال وقابلية التشغيل البيني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة البرمجيات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان احترافي للغتين العربية والإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل قوية والتعامل مع العملاء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في هندسة SIP/VoIP أو تكامل الاتصالات.
- معرفة قوية بـ SIP وRTP وSDP وتوجيه المكالمات وشبكات VoIP.
- خبرة في تطوير البرمجيات والقدرة على بناء تكاملات والعمل مع APIs تتجاوز مجرد تهيئة منصات الاتصالات الحالية.
- خبرة عملية مع Asterisk أو FreeSWITCH أو Kamailio أو SBCs تجارية.
- خبرة في العمل مع شركات الاتصالات السعودية وWebRTC ومنصات الاتصالات المؤسسية مثل Genesys أو Avaya أو Cisco.
- نهج استباقي وعملي في حل المشكلات وتحمل المسؤولية.

Role Overview
As a SIP/VoIP Engineer, you’ll help build Sarj’s telephony capabilities and own custom integrations connecting our Voice AI agents to client infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our Operations and Engineering teams and B2B and B2G clients to develop, deploy, and troubleshoot reliable voice solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain telephony capabilities within Sarj’s platform alongside our engineering team.
- Integrate Voice AI agents with client PBXs, SBCs, SIP trunks, and contact-centre platforms.
- Develop custom call flows, SIP routing, and WebRTC-based human handoffs.
- Lead technical client discussions, gather requirements, and drive integrations through to production.
- Troubleshoot call quality, signalling, connectivity, and interoperability issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong communication and client-facing skills.
- 4+ years of experience in SIP/VoIP engineering or telephony integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, SDP, call routing, and VoIP networking.
- Software development experience, with the ability to build integrations and work with APIs beyond configuring existing telephony platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, or commercial SBCs.
- Experience working with Saudi telecom carriers, WebRTC, and enterprise telephony platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and ownership.
