About The Role

The KSA Academy is a structured 12-month paid traineeship in Riyadh, launching on 22 November 2026. It is a bridge from university to full-time work - not a shadowing placement. You will be salaried from day one, learn the same foundations we give our own consultants, and then apply them on real client projects.

The year is built around five learning blocks and eight core themes. Classroom and facilitated sessions come first, then you join live client projects across several parts of the business, with protected learning time built in for the rest of the year.

Building our own bench of Saudi talent is how we grow a durable business in the Kingdom. Trainees who show real potential will have a genuine route into full-time employment at FTI Consulting.

What You’ll Do

• Complete an intensive launch block covering orientation, our segments, working styles, ownership, communication, writing and presenting
• Build core skills in business and finance fundamentals, critical thinking, Excel, data and AI
• Join live client projects from early 2027, with projects becoming your main focus as the year progresses
• Take on more responsibility and work more independently as your skills grow
• Work across different segments, so you see several parts of the firm
• Meet with your cohort every week to build new skills, go deeper on themes such as AI, and present back what you have learned
• Complete a career capstone at the end of the programme that shows how far you have come
  
  

How You’ll Grow

The programme is designed and facilitated by our internal Learning & Development specialist, with business-specific sessions led by senior colleagues. It follows five stages - Launch, Build, Apply, Grow and Close - and covers eight core themes:

• Professional essentials - taking ownership of your work, giving and receiving feedback, working well with others
• Communication and collaboration - clear writing, sharp questions, confident presenting and teamwork
• How business works - business models, finance, customers and markets
• Problem solving and critical thinking - defining the real problem, challenging assumptions, turning information into insight
• Digital, data and AI skills - using Excel and data to answer business questions, and using AI well and responsibly
• Commercial and client awareness - what clients need, what creates value and how work is won
• Initiative, innovation and impact - spotting what could be better, developing the idea and making the recommendation
• Self-awareness and career discovery - knowing your strengths, learning from feedback and finding the path that fits you
  
  

You will also benefit from mentoring by senior staff and holiday breaks between each learning block.

What You Must Have

• Saudi national
• Graduating in 2026, or graduated within the last three years
• A degree in any discipline - not only business or finance
• A strong academic record
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Able to commit to a full-time position for 12 months commencing in November or December 2026, based in Riyadh.
