تعلن شركة ASMO، المشروع المشترك الرائد بين DHL وأرامكو، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في السعودية لمسمى "مدير التدقيق التشغيلي والمالي". تهدف ASMO إلى إعادة تعريف مشهد المشتريات وسلسلة التوريد، وسيبدأ تشغيلها في عام 2025. سيكون مدير التدقيق مسؤولاً عن تقييم ومراجعة العمليات المالية والتشغيلية، بما في ذلك المشتريات وإدارة المخزون وعمليات المركز اللوجستي، وذلك لتعزيز الرقابة الداخلية وكفاءة الأداء مع الالتزام بمعايير SOCPA.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تدقيق شاملة للعمليات المالية والتشغيلية، بما في ذلك المشتريات وإدارة المخزون وعمليات المركز اللوجستي.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق لضمان الامتثال للسياسات الداخلية والإجراءات واللوائح الخارجية (بما في ذلك معايير IFRS وSOCPA).
- تحديد وتقييم المخاطر المالية والتشغيلية، واقتراح تدابير التخفيف لتعزيز العمليات التجارية.

- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر التشغيلية لضمان استمرارية الأعمال وفعالية التكلفة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق تدقيق مفصل، بما في ذلك النتائج والملاحظات والتوصيات.
- التعاون مع فرق المالية والعمليات والمشتريات لجمع المعلومات ومناقشة قضايا التدقيق وتحسين العمليات.
- التواصل مع المدققين الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية حسب الحاجة لضمان الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معتمدة ومعترف بها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 9 سنوات في نفس المجال، منها 3 سنوات في منصب إشرافي أو مستوى مماثل.
- شهادة CIA / CPA / CMA / SOCPA أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.
- خبرة سابقة في التدقيق أو تقييم المخاطر أو تقييم الامتثال ضمن بيئة عمل.

The role holder will assess risks, recommend enhancements for internal controls, and improve operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with SOCPA standards and aligning audit activities with organizational goals.

The Operational & Financial Audit Manager is responsible for evaluating and auditing the financial and operational processes, including procurement, inventory management, hub operations, and other key functions within the organization. The role holder will assess risks, recommend enhancements for internal controls, and improve operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with SOCPA standards and aligning audit activities with organizational goals.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans for financial and operational processes, including procurement, inventory management, and hub operations.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations (including IFRS & SOCPA standards).
- Identify and assess financial and operational risks, recommending mitigation measures to enhance business operations.
- Review financial controls, processes, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls in the budgeting, investment, procurement cycle, inventory management, and hub operations and any related practice.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational and financial performance, promoting compliance and efficiency.
- Conduct operational risk assessments to ensure business continuity and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain detailed audit documentation, including findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and procurement teams to gather information, discuss audit issues, and improve processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
- 9 years’ experience in the same Field, out of which 3 years at a supervisory position or similar level
- CIA / CPA / CMA / SOCPA or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in auditing, risk assessment, or compliance evaluation within an organizational context.
