Objective

ASMO is looking for an experienced IT Analyst to oversee IT operations across assigned remote sites, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support warehouse, logistics, and industrial operations.

The role is responsible for coordinating daily site IT activities, coordinating field support resources and third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards, and serving as the primary IT representative for site management.

The IT Specialist provides technical leadership while driving operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across all onsite IT services.

General Responsibilities

▪ Act as the primary IT representative for assigned remote sites.

▪ Support execution of ASMO IT infrastructure and service management strategy across remote locations.

▪ Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity policies, and architecture standards.

▪ Participate in technology planning, infrastructure lifecycle management, and site readiness activities.

▪ Support business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

▪ Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

▪ Oversee incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.

▪ Manage the availability and performance of site IT infrastructure, including network, wireless, end-user computing, printing, collaboration, and supporting systems.

▪ Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities

▪ Plan and coordinate infrastructure deployments, relocations, expansions, and commissioning activities.

▪ Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.

▪ Monitor site health and proactively identify infrastructure and Service Management risks.

▪ Ensure SLA compliance for incidents and service requests.

▪ Provide Level 2 and Level 3 onsite technical support.

▪ Install, Configure, Maintain And Troubleshoot

▪ Support warehouse systems including WMS connectivity and availability.

▪ Coordinate with ISP, MSP and third-party vendors during incidents.

▪ Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity issues.

▪ Perform hardware replacement and preventive maintenance.

▪ Provide day-to-day supervision and technical leadership for onsite IT Operators and MSPs.

▪ Share technical knowledge and standard operating procedures.

▪ Support onboarding of new technical personnel.

▪ Communicate with the business and management as needed

▪ Minimize equipment downtime and replacement costs.

▪ Assist with inventory verification and asset lifecycle management.

▪ Support cost-effective vendor engagement.

▪ Review and validate vendor deliverables before acceptance.

▪ Support procurement activities and technical evaluations where required.

▪ Execute approved Infrastructure and Service Management changes.

▪ Participate in CAB implementation activities.

▪ Validate post-change service stability.

▪ Document implementation outcomes.

▪ Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and corporate standards. Ensure compliance with IT security standards.

▪ Maintain Documentation Including

• Network diagrams
• Asset records
• Configuration documentation

▪ Prepare regular operational and performance reports.

▪ Report site health, infrastructure availability, SLA performance, and major incidents.

▪ Provide management with recommendations on operational improvements, technology refresh, and risk mitigation.

▪ Track recurring issues and coordinate permanent corrective actions.

Qualification

▪ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree.

▪ Preferred

• ITIL Foundation
• Cisco CCNA
• Microsoft Certified
• CompTIA Network+
