ASMO، وهي مشروع مشترك استراتيجي بين DHL وأرامكو، تهدف إلى إعادة تعريف مشهد المشتريات وسلسلة التوريد في القطاعات الصناعية والطاقة والكيماويات. تعلن عن وظيفة محلل استثماري (Investment Analyst) في السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد حزمة تقييم الأعمال (Business Case Assessment) لجميع الاستثمارات في الأصول الرأسمالية (CAPEX) وعقود الإيجار طويلة الأجل، بما في ذلك وثيقة التقييم ونموذج الاستثمار الذي يغطي وصف المشروع ومؤشرات الأداء المالية وتقييم المخاطر وتحليل الشراء مقابل التأجير.
- مراجعة البيانات والافتراضات والتوصية النهائية مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين والتنسيق معهم.
- تقديم تقييم الأعمال إلى المستوى المعني بالاعتماد عند الحصول على القرار النهائي، بما في ذلك اللجنة التنفيذية للشركة ومجلس الإدارة.
- مساعدة الزملاء في شؤون الاستثمار والرقابة التجارية الأخرى.
- أرشفة جميع مستندات تقييم الأعمال وموافقاتها بطريقة آمنة وسرية.
- المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات لزيادة الإنتاجية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- تنفيذ جميع سياسات وإجراءات وتعليمات القسم ذات الصلة لضمان سير العمل بطريقة محكومة ومتسقة.
- المساهمة في إعداد الوثائق والتقارير الدقيقة في الوقت المناسب لتلبية متطلبات القسم وسياساته ومعاييره.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معترف بها ومعتمدة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات CFA / CISI / ACCA.
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المجال.

ASMO aims to provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.
Objective
The role holder is responsible for reviewing and analyzing company investments in assets and long-term leases to and assess the economic, financial, and risks measured associated with such investments. The role holder is expected to finalize a Business Case Assessment package, review it with relevant stakeholders, and provide a recommendation to the approval authority.
General Responsibilities

Objective
The role holder is responsible for reviewing and analyzing company investments in assets and long-term leases to and assess the economic, financial, and risks measured associated with such investments. The role holder is expected to finalize a Business Case Assessment package, review it with relevant stakeholders, and provide a recommendation to the approval authority.
General Responsibilities
- Prepare Business Case Assessment package for all investments in CAPEX and Long-term Leases including BCA Paper and Investment Model covering project description, financial KPIs, risk assessment, buy-vs-lease analysis
- Review and align with relevant stakeholders on inputs data, assumptions, and final recommendation
- When required, present the Business Case Assessment to the appropriate approval level to obtain the final decision including Company’ s Executive Committee and Board of Directors
- Assist colleagues in other investments and commercial controlling matters
- Archive all BCA documents along with their approval’ s documentations in a safe and discreet manner
- Ability to communicate clearly and properly with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement all relevant Department’ s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate documentations and reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.
- Bachelor’ s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
- CFA / CISI / ACCA preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English
- 5 years’ experience in the same Field.
