Program Overview

The Theme Park and Attractions Operations program introduces aspiring professionals to the dynamic world of visitor attractions and prepares them for line-staff positions across operational functions. The curriculum covers attraction operations, business models, guest service excellence, area operations, and safety management through classroom instruction, case studies, and role-playing exercises. The November 2026 cohort will be delivered in Taif and Jazan for 60 candidates per location, with three months of operations training followed by two months of English language training.

Program Objectives

·         Understand the core operations of visitor attractions, including business models and guest service excellence

·         Learn the key qualities and behaviours required for success as an effective operations staff member

·         Develop practical skills for ensuring smooth and safe operations

Theme Park & attractions operators, with employment opportunities at SEVEN upon successful completion.

Eligibility Criteria

·         Nationality: Saudi National

·         Education: High School degree or higher

·         Years of experience: Not applicable

·         Availability: Full-time availability and commitment to attend the entire program.

Application Process

1.        Apply: Upload the required documents and submit your application for the selected program.

2.        Evaluation: Your application will be reviewed to determine whether the program is right for you. Shortlisted applicants receive further instructions.

3.         Assessment: Shortlisted applicants take the English Language Placement Test.

4.         Interview: Successful applicants complete a round of interviews.

5.         Application Confirmation: Successful applicants receive an enrollment email with the November 2026 start details, five-month training timeline, assigned location in Taif or Jazan, and other program-specific information.
