مطلوب مساعد ري ملاعب جولف (Golf Irrigation Attendant) للعمل في شركة القدية، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة وضبط أنظمة الري الآلي لتوفير تغطية مائية كافية لجميع مناطق ملعب الجولف بما في ذلك المروج الخضراء والممرات والمناطق الطبيعية.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية لمعدات الري والبنية التحتية لتحديد وإصلاح التسريبات أو الانسدادات أو المكونات المعطلة بشكل فوري.
- أداء الصيانة الروتينية والإصلاحات على مضخات الري والصمامات والرشاشات وأجهزة التحكم وأنظمة الأنابيب لضمان توزيع المياه بكفاءة.
- التعاون مع فرق تنسيق الحدائق وصيانة ملعب الجولف لتنسيق جداول الري بناءً على احتياجات المياه للعشب والنباتات والظروف الجوية وأهداف الحفاظ على المياه.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الري والإصلاحات وتعديلات النظام لدعم تخطيط الصيانة والامتثال التنظيمي.
- المساعدة في ترقية أنظمة الري وتطبيق تقنيات توفير المياه بما يتوافق مع مبادرات الاستدامة البيئية لملعب الجولف.
- ضمان الالتزام بإرشادات الصحة والسلامة عند التعامل مع معدات الري وأثناء العمليات الميدانية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل الحصول على تدريب فني أو شهادة في الري أو البستنة أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة الري في ملاعب الجولف أو تنسيق الحدائق أو البيئات الزراعية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمكونات أنظمة الري بما في ذلك أنظمة التنقيط والرش والدوارات.
- خبرة في استخدام أجهزة التحكم الآلي في الري والمؤقتات وأجهزة الاستشعار.
- القدرة على تشخيص وإصلاح المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية المتعلقة بمعدات الري.
- الإلمام بأفضل ممارسات إدارة المياه واللوائح البيئية.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated irrigation systems to provide adequate water coverage across all golf course areas including greens, fairways, and landscaped zones
- Conduct regular inspections of irrigation equipment and infrastructure to identify and resolve leaks, blockages, or malfunctioning components promptly
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on irrigation pumps, valves, sprinklers, controllers, and piping systems to ensure efficient water distribution
- Collaborate with the golf course landscaping and maintenance teams to coordinate irrigation schedules based on turf and plant water requirements, weather conditions, and conservation goals
- Maintain accurate records of irrigation activities, repairs, and system modifications to support maintenance planning and regulatory compliance
- Assist in upgrading irrigation systems and implementing water-saving technologies in alignment with the golf course's environmental sustainability initiatives
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines when handling irrigation equipment and during site operations
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in irrigation, horticulture, or related fields is preferred
- 2+ years of experience operating and maintaining irrigation systems in golf courses, landscaping, or agricultural environments
- Strong knowledge of irrigation system components, including drip, spray, and rotor systems
- Experience with automated irrigation controllers, timers, and sensors
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues related to irrigation equipment
- Familiarity with water management best practices and environmental regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting, digging, and climbing
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with maintenance staff and supervisors
