About the Role:

The Team Manager - Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of food manufacturing, process, and packaging equipment. The role requires a strong mechanical engineering background, practical food manufacturing experience, and proven capability in packaging lines, can filling and seaming systems, end-of-line equipment, rotating equipment, and hygienic process systems.

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience, preferably in food, dairy, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Previous experience leading engineers and maintenance technicians in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with can fillers, seamers, conveyors, end-of-line systems, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, rotary valves, PHEs, and heat exchangers.
• Working knowledge of basic PLC/automation concepts to support coordinated troubleshooting with automation teams.
