نبذة عن الوظيفة
قائد فريق الهندسة مسؤول عن قيادة فريق الهندسة والصيانة لضمان تشغيل آمن وموثوق وفعال لمعدات التصنيع الغذائي والتعبئة والتغليف. يتطلب الدور خلفية قوية في الهندسة الميكانيكية، وخبرة عملية في التصنيع الغذائي، وقدرة مثبتة في خطوط التعبئة، وأنظمة تعبئة وإغلاق العلب، ومعدات نهاية الخط، والمعدات الدوارة، وأنظمة العمليات الصحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الميكاترونكس أو تخصص وثيق الصلة.
- سنتان من الخبرة ذات الصلة في الهندسة أو الصيانة، ويفضل في التصنيع الغذائي أو الألبان أو المشروبات أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
- خبرة سابقة في قيادة المهندسين وفنيي الصيانة في بيئة إنتاج.
- خبرة عملية مع آلات تعبئة العلب، وآلات الإغلاق، والناقلات، وأنظمة نهاية الخط، والمحركات، وعلب التروس، والمضخات، والصمامات، والصمامات الدوارة، والمبادلات الحرارية اللوحية (PHEs)، والمبادلات الحرارية.
- معرفة عملية بمفاهيم PLC/الأتمتة الأساسية لدعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بالتنسيق مع فرق الأتمتة.

About the Role:

The Team Manager - Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of food manufacturing, process, and packaging equipment. The role requires a strong mechanical engineering background, practical food manufacturing experience, and proven capability in packaging lines, can filling and seaming systems, end-of-line equipment, rotating equipment, and hygienic process systems. |
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
- 2 years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience, preferably in food, dairy, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Previous experience leading engineers and maintenance technicians in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with can fillers, seamers, conveyors, end-of-line systems, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, rotary valves, PHEs, and heat exchangers.
- Working knowledge of basic PLC/automation concepts to support coordinated troubleshooting with automation teams.
