About the role:

To support the T&L Projects team on SAP system, coordination with other departments by facilitate/keeping updates with the ongoing T&L Projects documentation requirements/requisitions.

Key responsibilities:

• Review project quotations and raise purchase requisitions accordingly.
• Monitor project purchase orders and proactively follow up with Central Procurement.
• Track purchase requisitions in the system and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Engineering Stores to process GRNs and service entries for completed work.
• Liaise with HO Shared Services regarding invoices for completed projects.
• Coordinate with HO Finance on new and exceptional CAPEX approvals and process approved orders in the system.
• Coordinate monthly project performance reviews and Health & Safety meetings.
• Arrange visit visas for foreign consultants and engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in BA or a related field.
• 0-2 Years Experience in project management.
• Good knowledge of Project Management for systems and process (IT Related) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably knowledge of SAP.
• Simple data analytics
• English Fluency
