شركة SHAR COMPANY، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في قطاع المقاولات بالمملكة العربية السعودية، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس متخرج (Graduate Engineer) للعمل في مدينة الرياض بنظام الدوام الهجين (حضوري مع مرونة العمل عن بُعد).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيعمل المهندس المتخرج ضمن فرق المشروع لدعم تخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة الأنشطة الهندسية والإنشائية وفقاً لمعايير الشركة ومتطلبات العملاء. تشمل المهام اليومية المساعدة في المراجعات الفنية والرسومات التصميمية، وإعداد الحسابات والتقارير الأساسية، والتنسيق مع فرق الموقع والمشرفين، والمشاركة في متابعة تقدم المشروع والتوثيق. كما تتضمن المشاركة في فحوصات الجودة والسلامة، وتفسير القوانين واللوائح الهندسية ذات الصلة، ودعم حل المشكلات التقنية والتشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم فرق المشروع في تخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة الأنشطة الهندسية والإنشائية
- المساعدة في مراجعة الرسومات التصميمية والرسومات الفنية
- إعداد الحسابات والتقارير الأساسية
- التنسيق مع فرق الموقع والمشرفين
- المشاركة في تتبع تقدم المشروع وتوثيق الأعمال
- المشاركة في فحوصات الجودة والسلامة
- تفسير القوانين واللوائح الهندسية ذات الصلة
- دعم حل المشكلات الفنية والتشغيلية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أساس قوي في مبادئ الهندسة (مدنية، ميكانيكية، كهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة) مع القدرة على تطبيقها في مشاريع البناء
- إتقان استخدام أدوات الهندسة والتصميم (مثل AutoCAD أو برامج مشابهة) ومهارات أساسية في حزمة MS Office للتوثيق والتقارير
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل عند مراجعة المخططات والرسومات والبيانات الفنية
- مهارات تواصل فعالة والعمل ضمن فريق، مع القدرة على التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات في الموقع والمكتب
- فهم أو رغبة في تعلم معايير ولوائح السلامة والجودة والصناعة الإنشائية
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من مؤسسة معتمدة؛ يُشجَّع الخريجون الجدد والمهنيون في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية على التقديم
- الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع في الرياض بنظام هجين والتعلم من خلال التدريب العملي والتوجيه
- الخبرة السابقة في التدريب أو المشاريع في مجال البناء أو البنية التحتية تعتبر ميزة إضافية

Role Description The Graduate Engineer will support project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring construction and engineering activities in line with SHAR’s standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with technical drawings and design reviews, preparing basic calculations and reports, coordinating with site teams and supervisors, and helping track project progress and documentation. The role also involves participating in quality and safety checks, learning to interpret relevant engineering codes and regulations, and supporting problem-solving for technical and operational challenges. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, with the expectation of regular on-site presence and some flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in engineering principles (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline) and the ability to apply them to construction projects.
- Proficiency with engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software) and basic MS Office skills for documentation and reporting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in reviewing plans, drawings, and technical data.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary site and office teams.
- Understanding of, or interest in learning, safety, quality, and construction industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution; recent graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh in a hybrid arrangement and to learn through on-the-job training and mentorship.
- Previous internship or project experience in construction or infrastructure is an advantage.
