تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة أول (Sr. Maintenance Technician) في قسم الدهانات (Paint Shop) داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى المرشح قيادة وتنسيق فنيي الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والأتمتة لضمان تشغيل آمن وموثوق وفعّال لجميع معدات وأنظمة الدهان، مع توفير القيادة الفنية عبر محطات المعالجة المسبقة والطلاء بالغمس (E-coat) والطبقات المختلفة والأفران والناقلات وأنظمة الفحص والمرافق ونظام التخزين والاسترجاع الآلي (ASRS).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وتعيين وإشراف فنيي الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والأتمتة خلال المناوبات.
  • ضمان تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة بأمان وكفاءة وحسب الأولويات.
  • تدريب وتوجيه الفنيين لتحسين القدرات الفنية ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • إدارة تسليم المناوبات، وتوازن أعباء العمل، والاستجابة عند الطلب.
  • تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية عبر جميع أصول الدهان.
  • العمل كنقطة تصعيد أولى أثناء الأعطال الكبيرة وضمان التعافي السريع والمنظم.
  • ضمان التنسيق الفعّال بين التخصصات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأتمتة.
  • دعم التشغيل التجريبي والترقيات والتعديلات لمعدات الدهان.
  • تقديم دعم فني عملي للمشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأتمتة المعقدة.
  • توجيه تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وضمان اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية قوية.
  • دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لأنظمة التحكم القابلة للبرمجة (PLC) والروبوتات والأفران والناقلات والمرافق وأنظمة السلامة.
  • التحقق من استقرار النظام وجاهزية العملية قبل تسليم المعدات للإنتاج.
  • فرض الامتثال الصارم لمتطلبات القفل ووضع العلامات (LOTO) ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) والسلامة الكهربائية وسلامة الآلات والمناطق الخطرة.
  • ضمان توافق أنشطة الصيانة مع معايير الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEM) وقواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) في المصنع والالتزامات التنظيمية.
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق المتعلقة بـ ISO/QMS ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الداخلية والعملاء.
  • ضمان تنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية بمستوى امتثال عالٍ.
  • مراقبة اتجاهات الأعطال، ومتوسط الوقت بين الأعطال (MTBF)، ومتوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR)، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للتوقف.
  • قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتحسين الموثوقية والتوفر وقابلية الصيانة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وتقارير المناوبات وسجلات التصعيد.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج وهندسة العمليات والجودة والمرافق.
  • دعم مناقشات تخطيط الإنتاج وتحديد أولويات الصيانة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الأتمتة أو الميكاترونكس أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة 5-6 سنوات في الصيانة في مجال تصنيع السيارات أو بيئة الدهانات.
  • خبرة عملية في الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والأتمتة.
  • الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات والتواجد عند الطلب.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عمل قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة الأتمتة. فهم أنظمة الدهان: (الناقلات، الأفران، المضخات، المراوح، الكبائن، والمرافق) - (أنظمة التحكم القابلة للبرمجة PLC، الروبوتات الصناعية، دوائر السلامة).
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الميكانيكية والمخططات الكهربائية ومنطق التحكم.
  • الإلمام بأدوات الصيانة التنبؤية ومراقبة الحالة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق صيانة متعددة التخصصات.
  • مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرار أثناء حالات الأعطال والمواقف الحرجة للإنتاج.
  • قدرة منظمة على حل المشكلات وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).
  • تواصل فعّال عبر الفرق الفنية وغير الفنية.
  • وعي عالٍ بالسلامة وعقلية مسؤولة.

Sr. Maintenance Technician in Paint Shop is responsible for leading and coordinating electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all paint shop equipment and systems. The role provides technical leadership across pre-treatment, E-coat, primer, basecoat, clearcoat, ovens, conveyors, inspection systems, utilities, and ASRS, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Team Leader plays a key role in breakdown management, preventive maintenance execution, team development, and continuous improvement, acting as the first technical escalation point between technicians, engineering, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and as per priority.
  • Coach and mentor technicians to improve technical capability and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage shift handovers, workload balancing, and on-call response.
  • Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across all paint shop assets.
  • Act as first escalation point during major breakdowns and ensure fast, structured recovery.
  • Ensure effective coordination between mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines.
  • Support commissioning, upgrades, and modifications of paint shop equipment.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
  • Guide root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure robust corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems, robots, ovens, conveyors, utilities, and safety systems.
  • Verify system stability and process readiness before equipment handover to production.
  • Enforce strict compliance with LOTO, PPE, electrical safety, machine safety, and hazardous-area requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance activities meet OEM standards, plant EHS rules, and regulatory obligations.
  • Support audits related to ISO/QMS internal EHS, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance plans are executed with high compliance.
  • Monitor breakdown trends, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime KPIs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, availability, and maintainability.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, shift reports, and escalation logs.
  • Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams.
  • Support production planning discussions and maintenance prioritization.

Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Understanding of paint shop: (Conveyors, ovens, pumps, fans, booths, and utilities) - ( PLC-based systems, industrial robots, and safety circuits).
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control logic.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools and condition monitoring. Leadership & Soft Skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
  • Strong decision-making skills during breakdown and production-critical situations.
  • Structured problem-solving and RCA capability.
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  • High safety awareness and accountability mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
  • 5-6 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing or paint shop environments.
  • Hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance.
  • Willingness to work shifts and provide on-call.
