Role Description The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities to support energy management and solar projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of materials, equipment, and services. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, negotiating commercial and contractual terms, and managing purchase orders and contracts. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, coordinating with project, engineering, and finance teams, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate procurement records and reports. The Procurement Manager also contributes to improving procurement processes, aligning sourcing strategies with company goals, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills to manage sourcing, vendor selection, and supplier performance.
• Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to develop, review, and administer agreements with suppliers and service providers.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to compare bids, analyze total cost of ownership, and support data-driven procurement decisions.
• Relevant experience in energy, construction, or industrial projects, preferably in solar or energy efficiency, is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office, with attention to detail and commitment to ethical and compliant procurement practices.
