يعلن المركز الوطني للدم والسرطان (NBCC) بالرياض عن حاجته إلى ممرض/ممرضة غرفة عمليات (OR Nurse) مؤهل وذو خبرة لتقديم رعاية تمريضية آمنة وعالية الجودة للمرضى أثناء العمليات الجراحية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن ممرض غرفة عمليات (OR Nurse) مؤهل وذو خبرة لتقديم رعاية تمريضية آمنة وعالية الجودة للمرضى أثناء العمليات الجراحية. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تجهيز غرفة العمليات، ومساعدة الفريق الجراحي، والحفاظ على بيئة معقمة، وضمان سلامة المريض طوال فترة ما قبل وأثناء وبعد العملية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز وتنظيم غرفة العمليات، والتأكد من توفر جميع الأدوات الجراحية والمعدات واللوازم وعملها بشكل صحيح.
- تقييم احتياجات المرضى قبل العملية والتحقق من هوية المريض والإجراء الجراحي ونماذج الموافقة والسجلات الطبية ذات الصلة.
- مساعدة الجراحين وأعضاء الفريق الجراحي الآخرين أثناء الإجراءات حسب الحاجة.
- أداء مهام الممرض المساعد (Scrub Nurse) والممرض المتنقل (Circulating Nurse) وفقاً للبروتوكولات السريرية المعتمدة.
- الحفاظ على تقنيات التعقيم الصارمة وضمان الامتثال لمعايير مكافحة العدوى والوقاية منها.
- مراقبة حالة المرضى قبل وأثناء وبعد العمليات الجراحية بالتنسيق مع فريق التخدير والفريق الجراحي.
- إجراء عد الأدوات الجراحية والإسفنج والإبر وفقاً لبروتوكولات السلامة المعتمدة.
- ضمان التعامل السليم مع العينات الجراحية ووضع العلامات عليها ونقلها.
- تجهيز المرضى للجراحة وتقديم الرعاية التمريضية المناسبة خلال فترة ما حول العملية.
- التعرف على حالات الطوارئ والتغيرات في حالة المرضى والاستجابة لها بشكل فوري.
- توثيق التقييمات التمريضية والتدخلات والإجراءات الجراحية بدقة في السجلات الطبية للمرضى.
- ضمان التنظيف والتطهير والتعقيم والتخزين السليم للأدوات والمعدات الجراحية بالتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية.
- التعاون الفعال مع الجراحين وأطباء التخدير وغيرهم من المهنيين الصحيين لضمان رعاية جراحية آمنة وفعالة.
- الامتثال لسياسات المستشفى والإرشادات السريرية ومتطلبات سلامة المرضى واللوائح الصحية المعمول بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض.
- ترخيص ساري المفعول من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
- خبرة سريرية مثبتة في غرفة العمليات أو مجال التمريض حول العمليات الجراحية.
- معرفة قوية بالإجراءات الجراحية، وتقنيات التعقيم، والوقاية من العدوى، ومعايير سلامة المرضى.
- الإلمام بالأدوات الجراحية ومعدات غرفة العمليات وبروتوكولات ما حول العملية.
- القدرة على التعرف على حالات الطوارئ السريرية والاستجابة بشكل فعال.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق جراحي متعدد التخصصات.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالحفاظ على سرية المريض وسلامته.
- شهادة سارية في الإنعاش الأساسي لدعم الحياة (BLS).

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize the operating room, ensuring all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and functioning properly.
- Assess patients' preoperative needs and verify patient identity, surgical procedures, consent forms, and relevant medical records.
- Assist surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures as required.
- Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
- Monitor patients' conditions before, during, and after surgical procedures, in coordination with the anesthesia and surgical teams.
- Perform surgical instrument, sponge, and needle counts in accordance with established safety protocols.
- Ensure the proper handling, labeling, and transfer of surgical specimens.
- Prepare patients for surgery and provide appropriate nursing care during the perioperative period.
- Recognize and respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patients' conditions.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and surgical procedures accurately in patients' medical records.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and storage of surgical instruments and equipment in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient surgical care.
- Comply with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, patient safety requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Bachelor's degree Nursing
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
- Proven clinical experience in an operating room or perioperative nursing setting.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
- Familiarity with surgical instruments, operating room equipment, and perioperative protocols.
- Ability to recognize and respond effectively to clinical emergencies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
