Position: Laser Nurse

Location: Riyadh

Core duties

• Preparing the patient before the session: reviewing the file and the physician's order, assessing the skin type, explaining the session, and obtaining consent. 

• Performing laser sessions according to the physician's protocol and settings, such as hair removal, treatment of pigmentation, and skin rejuvenation. 

• Applying laser safety requirements: protective goggles, securing the room, and checking the device before use. 

• Monitoring the skin during and after the session, and immediately informing the physician of any complication. 

• Post-session care instructions, and following up with the patient in subsequent sessions. 

• Documenting the session and the settings in the patient's file. 

• Cleaning the devices and parts, recording malfunctions, and applying infection control. 

• Assisting the physician in preparing cosmetic injection procedures when needed. 

• Adhering to the center's uniform and professional appearance policy. 

Must have:

1. A valid classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. 

2. Practical experience in dermatological and cosmetic laser sessions. 

3. Resident within the Kingdom, with an Iqama eligible for sponsorship transfer. 

4. High competence in dealing with patients, because the nurse deals with the patient directly throughout the session
