تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة رئيس القسم التجاري (Commercial Head) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يتولى هذا المنصب إدارة جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالحصول على عقود تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة داخل قسم الصيانة، بما في ذلك طلب وتوجيه تطوير نطاقات العمل، واستكمال الوثائق، وتحديد المتنافسين المحتملين، والدعوة للمناقصات، والترسية، وتفويض بدء الأعمال، مع تحقيق متطلبات المناطق التشغيلية للأداء العالمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير نطاقات العمل لأنشطة الصيانة المنفذة عبر المقاولين خلال التشغيل العادي للمصفاة.
- تطوير معايير التقييم والتقدير الأولي للتكاليف للعقود.
- تنسيق وإدارة جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بإعداد تعليمات المتنافسين، وعقد اجتماعات الافتتاح مع المقاولين، وتقييم العروض الاقتصادية بعد تقييم العروض الفنية من قبل المسؤول عن العقد.
- ضمان تطبيق سياسات وبرامج الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة (HSSEQ) الخاصة بالشركة ضمن العقود المختلفة التي يتم تطويرها وإدارتها تحت مسؤوليته.
- ضمان إدراج متطلبات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) في جميع عقود مقاولي الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في مجال التعاقدات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وقراءة.
- معرفة جيدة بنظام SAP.
- فهم قوي للإشراف على عمليات المناقصة لأنشطة الصيانة وتنسيقها.
- فهم قوي لإدارة العقود والتكاليف ومراقبة الميزانية.
- فهم فني جيد لإدارة تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة.
- فهم فني جيد لإدارة الأفراد.
- تنظيم جيد واستباقية.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة.
- مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
- نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- تفكير استراتيجي وانفتاح على الأفكار الجديدة.

Responsibilities
- Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the refinery.
- To develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contracts
- To coordinate and manage all activities related to prepare Instructions to Bidders, kick of meeting with Contractors and evaluation of economical offers after being evaluated technical offers by contract responsible.
- To ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility.
- To ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPI's are included in all-Maintenance Contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 12+years’ experience of Contracting.
- Fluent in writing and reading English.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
- Strong understanding of supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.
- Strong understanding of Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget.
- Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.
- Good technical understanding of People management.
- Well organized and proactive

- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
