شركة SITA تعلن عن وظيفة Senior DevOps Engineer / Expert / Specialist في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل مهندس DevOps على ربط فرق التطوير بفرق التشغيل من خلال أتمتة عمليات تطوير البرمجيات ونشرها وتبسيطها، مع التركيز على CI/CD والبنية التحتية كرمز (Infrastructure as Code) لرفع كفاءة التعاون وموثوقية تسليم البرمجيات. تعمل SITA على تقنيات وخدمات الاتصالات والمطارات، وتتواجد في نحو 95% من المطارات الدولية، وتتعامل مع أكثر من 2,500 عميل من شركات النقل والجهات الحكومية، وتعمل في 200 دولة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة خطوط CI/CD وأتمتة العمليات التشغيلية لتحسين الكفاءة والموثوقية.
- دعم تطبيقات Java واستكشاف أعطالها وإصلاحها في بيئات التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج.
- إدارة أنظمة Linux/Unix وإجراء تحليل واستكشاف الأخطاء باستخدام SQL.
- إدارة ودعم تقنيات التكامل مثل IBM MQ وJMS وXML وREST/SOAP وHTTPS وSFTP وLDAP.
- نشر ومراقبة واستكشاف أعطال منصات مثل WebSphere وTomcat وHTTP Servers وServiceMix.
- إدارة الحوادث وتحليل السجلات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية والتحقق بعد النشر.
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير والتشغيل لضمان حلول مستقرة وآمنة وقابلة للتوسع.
- التطوير المستمر لممارسات DevOps والأتمتة والمراقبة والعمليات التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في DevOps أو نشر التطبيقات أو إدارة الوسيط البرمجي (Middleware) أو دعم التطبيقات، مع خبرة في تنفيذ دورات حياة كاملة متعددة وبيئات إنتاجية.
- خبرة عملية في دعم تطبيقات Java المؤسسية ومنصات الوسيط البرمجي وتكامل الأنظمة في بيئات حساسة للمهام الحرجة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- الشهادات ذات الصلة ميزة إضافية، مثل Red Hat وLinux وKubernetes وDocker وJenkins وIBM WebSphere وIBM MQ وITIL، أو الشهادات السحابية مثل Azure أو AWS.

PURPOSE
A DevOps Engineer bridges the gap between development and operations teams by automating and streamlining the software development and deployment processes. They focus on continuous integration continuous delivery (CI/CD) and infrastructure as code to enhance collaboration efficiency and reliability in software delivery.

EXPERIENCE
At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, application deployment, middleware administration, or application support, with experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations and production environments.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Java applications, middleware platforms, and system integrations in mission-critical environments.
Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are an advantage (e.g., Red Hat, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, ITIL, or Cloud certifications such as Azure or AWS).

- Support and troubleshoot Java-based applications across development, test, and production environments.

- Manage and support integration technologies including IBM MQ, JMS, XML, REST/SOAP, HTTPS, SFTP, and LDAP.

- Perform incident management, log analysis, root-cause analysis, and post-deployment validation.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Continuously improve DevOps practices, automation, monitoring, and operational processes.
