تعلن شركة الفنار عن وظيفة مهندس أول - فنيات وتفصيل التشطيبات (Sr. Engineer, Technical and Detailing Finishing) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الإشراف على تخطيط تنفيذ المشروع وإنشائه ومقاولي الموقع، والتأكد من إنجاز الأعمال بمستوى مُرضٍ. الإشراف على الأعمال المعمارية والأعمال الصلبة (Hardscape) والأعمال الخضراء (Softscape). ضمان رضا العميل طوال مدة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع الموردين والبائعين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان تقديم المواد والعينات والنماذج التجريبية (Mock-ups) والمخططات التفصيلية (Shop Drawings) في الوقت المحدد، ومتابعة الحصول على موافقات الاستشاري في الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق بين تشطيبات الأعمال المعمارية وأنظمة الكهروميكانيكا (MEP) والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان التنفيذ السليم لأعمال التشطيبات.
- مراجعة المخططات التفصيلية وتفاصيل التشطيبات، وتنسيق المخططات المعدّة من مختلف المقاولين من الباطن للوصول إلى مخططات منسقة بالكامل وجاهزة للتنفيذ.
- دراسة تفاصيل التداخل بين مختلف التخصصات، ورفع طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) عند وجود تعارضات، وتقديم الحلول لتسهيل اعتمادها من الاستشاريين.
- إدارة إنتاجية الأعمال المعمارية بما يتوافق مع الجدول الزمني الذي يحدده المقاول العام.
- إعداد خطط الإدارة اللوجستية للموقع (التعبئة وفك التعبئة).
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة للمشروع، ووضع خطط طوارئ للحد من تأثيراتها السلبية.
- ضمان الالتزام بأنظمة السلامة والمعايير المعتمدة في الصناعة خلال جميع مراحل التنفيذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
- خبرة عملية من 10 إلى 15 سنة.

Job Purpose
Supervise the project construction, planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard. Supervise the architecture, hardscape and softscape. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project
Key Accountability Areas
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors/subcontractors for timely submission and follow up to obtain consultant timely approvals for material, samples, mock ups, shop drawings
- Coordinate between architectural finishes, MEP services and subcontractors for proper execution of finishing works
- Reviewing shop drawings, details of finishes and coordinate the produced shop drawings made by different subcontractors to result in fully coordinated shop drawing ready for execution.
- Study the details of interactions between different trades and raise RFls on discrepancies and provide solutions to facilitate the approval of consultants
- Manage the productivity of the architectural works to match the schedule of works set by the general contractor
- Develop site logistics (mobilization / demobilization) plans
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate negative impacts on project.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering
