تعلن شركة الفنار عن فرصة وظيفية لمهندس كهرباء (حديث التخرج) في مدينة الدمام، ضمن المنطقة الشرقية، للانضمام إلى فريق قطاع الإنشاءات الهندسية (alfanar Construction).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الغرض من الوظيفة هو تخطيط وتنظيم ومراقبة الأنشطة الكهربائية للمشروع لضمان إنجازه بنجاح ضمن الإرشادات التي يحددها مدير المشروع، والتزاماً بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات المعتمدة وسياسات ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها (QA/QC).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وثائق المشروع الكهربائية، بما في ذلك المنهجية وإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها، والأعمال الهندسية، والجدول الزمني للتنفيذ.
  • إعداد ومراجعة المستندات الفنية المقدمة مثل التصاميم والمواصفات والرسومات والحسابات وطرق التنفيذ (Method Statements) وخطط الفحص والاختبار (TPIs) وتقييمات المخاطر، والتأكد من توافقها مع متطلبات العميل والجهات الرسمية ومستخدمي المنشأة والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
  • الإشراف على أعمال التركيب في الموقع يومياً، وحضور الاختبارات، وتحديد حالات عدم الالتزام بوثائق التنفيذ، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق اليومي مع قائد الفريق وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين للتحقق من جودة الأعمال المنفذة من قبل المقاولين من الباطن وتوثيق مشكلات الجودة والإبلاغ عنها، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان سير جميع أنشطة الإنشاء في الموقع بشكل سليم، ومراجعة تقدم العمل.
  • عقد الاجتماعات الفنية والمتابعة المستمرة مع إدارتي التصميم والهندسة لدى العميل.
  • الحفاظ على معايير الجودة لجميع الأنشطة الكهربائية وفقاً لخطة جودة المشروع.
  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتكوين فريق عمل فعّال لإنجاز الأعمال.
  • توفير القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم، وتفويضهم في مهامهم، وضمان توزيع المهام بعدالة للحفاظ على معنوياتهم وتحفيزهم.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخططة لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق جداول التسليم، والاستخدام الفعّال للموارد لتحقيق الأهداف بتكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية منظمة توضح الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخططة.
  • حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالعمل ورفع المسائل التشغيلية المعقدة إلى الجهات المختصة.
  • ضمان تحقيق متطلبات الجودة وتطوير أنظمة الرقابة على الجودة والعمليات، بما في ذلك مواصفات المنتجات والعمليات والأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق الأنظمة والسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل المكتوبة، والسعي لأتمتة العمليات قدر الإمكان.
  • الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة ضمن نطاق العمل المحدد، لضمان السلامة والامتثال للأنظمة وتسليم منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة عملية من 0 إلى سنتين (حديث التخرج).

Job Purpose

This position exists to plan, organize, and control the electrical activities of the project to best accomplish the successful completion within the guidelines established by the Project Manager according to the established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints.

Key Accountability Areas

Responsibility:
• Review project electrical documents that include, methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments … etc. for compliance with client’s requirements, authority requirements, end-user requirements, local and international standards
• Oversee/inspect site installation work in daily basis, witness tests, identify non-compliance to construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures
• Coordinate on a daily basis with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document and report the quality issues of work performed by the sub-contractors and provide/suggest corrective actions
• Ensuring all construction activities run well at the site and review the progress.
• Conducting technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
Quality:
• Maintain the quality standards of all electrical activities as per project quality plan

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
