Hitachi Energy تعلن عن وظيفة مدير الجودة - GIS (Quality Manager-GIS) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يشمل العمل في ضمان جودة التصنيع تعريف وتحديد الأنشطة والعمليات والمعايير لتحقيق متطلبات الجودة للمواد أو المكونات أو المنتجات المصنعة. بناء وصيانة البنية التحتية والأنظمة اللازمة لضمان تسليم المنتجات عالية الجودة في الوقت المحدد. تدقيق ومراقبة وتحديد جودة عمليات التصنيع و/أو المخرجات وفقًا للمعايير الداخلية والتنظيمية المحددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق من مهندسي وفنيي الجودة في بيئة تصنيع وتجميع عالية الجودة.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة تطوير الفريق مع تحقيق أهداف الأداء والجودة.
- تنظيم وتنفيذ أنشطة الجودة في ورشة الإنتاج المتعلقة بفحص المنتجات، وجودة المواد الواردة، وعمليات التصنيع، واختبارات التشغيل.
- دفع تطوير العمليات، والحفاظ على إجراءات الجودة والقوالب وتعليمات العمل المتعلقة بجودة العمليات وجودة المواد الواردة.
- التعاون مع الأقسام متعددة الوظائف وتمكينها لتحديد الانحرافات، وإدارة حالات عدم المطابقة، وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية، ودفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- دعم حل مشكلات الجودة الناشئة عن خطوط تجميع GIS، أو أنشطة الاختبار، أو مواقع العملاء، مع ضمان متابعة فعالة لإجراءات التحسين المتعلقة بتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR).
- حضور والمشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي، بما في ذلك ISO، وهيتاشي إنيرجي، وعملاء، مع تنسيق إغلاق النتائج وفرص التحسين.
- دعم التغييرات التنظيمية وتطبيق ثقافة الـ Lean داخل وحدة الأعمال.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة استراتيجيات الجودة للمواد الواردة وعمليات التصنيع وأداء الموردين وشكاوى العملاء باستخدام مؤشرات أداء رئيسية محددة مسبقًا للجودة.
- تنظيم وإجراء تحليلات الأعطال وإعداد التقارير باستخدام منهجية 8D أو أدوات حل المشكلات المماثلة.
- مراقبة أداء جودة الموردين وضمان الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب المتعلقة بـ NCRs وCCRPs وحالات عدم المطابقة للموردين.
- تعزيز والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات الداخلية المطبقة ومتطلبات العملاء والمعايير الصناعية واللوائح وإرشادات الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، ويفضل الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة 15 سنة فأكثر في منتجات GIS، جودة التصنيع، ضمان الجودة، أو مراقبة الجودة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وحل حالات عدم المطابقة في مواقع الجهد العالي (HV) ومشكلات الجودة لدى العملاء.
- خبرة عملية في فحص المواد، مراقبة الجودة الواردة، أساليب جودة التصنيع، وتدقيق المنتج أو العملية.
- معرفة قوية بمعيار ISO 9001، أنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS)، ممارسات التدقيق الداخلي، ومتطلبات الاعتماد.
- خبرة في منهجيات حل المشكلات المنهجية بما في ذلك 8D، تحليل السبب الجذري، وإدارة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية، إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، التخطيط، تحديد الأولويات، والتواصل.
- معرفة بأدوات وأساليب الجودة مثل FMEA، تحليل نظام القياس (MSA)، خطط التحكم، SPC، ومراقبة أداء الجودة (يفضل).
- شهادة الحزام الأصفر أو الأخضر أو أعلى في Lean Six Sigma تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (مطلوب).

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Leading a team of quality engineers and technicians in a high-quality manufacturing and assembly environment.
- Planning and implementing team development activities while delivering on performance and quality objectives.
- Arranging and performing shop floor quality activities related to product inspections, incoming material quality, manufacturing processes, and testing operations.
- Driving process development, maintaining quality procedures, templates, and work instructions related to Operations Quality and Incoming Quality.
- Collaborating with and empowering cross-functional departments to identify deviations, manage non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the resolution of quality issues arising from GIS assembly lines, testing activities, or customer sites, while ensuring effective follow-up of NCR-related improvement actions.
- Attending and participating in internal and external audits, including ISO, Hitachi Energy, and customer audits, while coordinating closure of findings and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting organizational changes and the implementation of Lean culture within the business unit.
- Implementing and monitoring quality strategies for incoming materials, manufacturing processes, supplier performance, and customer complaints using predefined quality KPIs.
- Arranging and conducting failure analyses and preparing reports using 8D methodology or similar problem-solving tools.
- Monitoring supplier quality performance and ensuring timely corrective actions related to NCRs, CCRPs, and supplier non-conformances.
- Promoting and sustaining a safe working environment through compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable internal procedures, customer requirements, industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- 15 years of experience and above in GIS products, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control.
- Proven experience in managing and resolving High Voltage (HV) site non-conformances and customer quality issues.
- Hands-on experience in material inspection, incoming quality control, manufacturing quality methods, and product or process auditing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems (QMS), internal auditing practices, and certification requirements.
- Experience in systematic problem-solving methodologies including 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective/preventive action management.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methods such as FMEA, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Control Plans, SPC, and quality performance monitoring is preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or higher certification is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
