فرصة العمل كمهندس خدمات ميدانية لدى شركة هيتاشي للطاقة في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية)، حيث ستعمل على تنفيذ أنشطة التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل في مواقع العملاء أو مشاريع الشركة المتعلقة بمنتجات الجهد العالي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة الفاعلة في أنشطة الموقع وزيارة مواقع العملاء لتركيب واختبار وتشغيل معدات هيتاشي للطاقة عالية الجهد (HV GIS, GCB, LTB, DTB وغيرها) حسب توجيهات المدير المباشر.
- التنسيق مع قسم إدارة الأدوات والعناية بأدوات الجهد العالي، وترتيب واستخدام معدات وأدوات الاختبار الخاصة بهيتاشي للطاقة لتنفيذ أنشطة الموقع لتركيب واختبار وتشغيل منتجات الجهد العالي والحماية والتحكم.
- إكمال أعمال تركيب GIS وتجميع الحجرات، والتصنيع البسيط إذا لزم الأمر، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتصحيح عيوب منتجات الجهد العالي في موقع العميل، واقتراح خطة العمل إذا كان الإصلاح بحاجة إلى التنفيذ في مصنع أو ورشة هيتاشي للطاقة.
- دعم أنشطة خدمة PGHV في الموقع أو في مكان عمل العميل.
- تعلم وتشغيل معدات الاختبار المستخدمة لاختبار وصيانة منتجات الجهد العالي في الموقع أو في مقر العميل أو في مكان عمل هيتاشي للطاقة، وتعلم استخدام الأدوات الخاصة بأعمال خدمة منتجات الجهد العالي.
- العمل مع فريق إدارة المشاريع في مختلف المشاريع حسب الحاجة مع الالتزام الكامل بمتطلبات إدارة المشروع والانضباط الذي تفرضه جهة العمل أو لوائح موقع العميل.
- قيادة المقاول أو المقاولين الباطنين أثناء تنفيذ العمل والتنسيق مع العميل والدعم المكتبي لأي احتياجات موارد لإكمال المهمة، والحصول على توقيع العميل على شهادات الإنجاز أو جداول الوقت لإصدار الفواتير.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الموقع وخطط النشاط ومتطلبات الموارد ومشاركتها مع مدير المشروع أو المدير المباشر أو المشرف.
- اتباع قوانين ولوائح الشركة، وإظهار السلوك الحسن في المكتب والموقع، والإبلاغ عن أي حادث سلامة أو نزاهة للمدير المباشر أو المشرف أو مدير المشروع، وتطبيق القيم في المهام اليومية.
- إعداد وتقديم جداول الوقت الأسبوعية والشهرية وتقارير المصروفات وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة في الوقت المناسب، وإعداد تصريح السفر قبل بدء السفر إلى الموقع.
- المسؤولية عن ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية الخارجية والداخلية المعمول بها.
- تجسيد القيم الأساسية لهيتاشي للطاقة: السلامة والنزاهة، وتحمل المسؤولية عن أفعالك مع الاهتمام بزملائك والأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة سابقة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في منتجات الجهد العالي والمعدات الكهربائية والمفاتيح الكهربائية وحماية والتحكم بمفاتيح الجهد العالي وأجهزة المراقبة والقياس، في قطاعات الصناعة أو شركات المرافق.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.

The opportunity

- Active participation in site activities and visiting the customer site for Installation testing and commissioning of Hitachi HV GIS, GCB, LTB, DTB and other equipment as and when required or assigned by the line manager.
- Coordinate/interface with tools management department and take care of HV tools, arrange and properly use Hitachi Energy HV test equipment and tools to execute site activities for HV Products installation, testing and commissioning, protection and control.
- Complete GIS installation and GIS compartment assembly work, minor fabrications if required, trouble shooting and rectification of HV products defect workable at customer site and advise the action plan if the repair work need to be carried out in Hitachi Energy factory or workshop. Supports the work activities of PGHV Service at site, or at customer workplace.
- Learn and perform the test equipment operation used for HV product testing and maintenance work at site, customer premises or Hitachi Energy workplace. Learn how to use tools used for HV products service jobs.
- Work with Project Management team on various project as and when required with full compliance of PM requirement and maintain discipline advise by the PM or customer site regulations.
- Lead the contractor or sub-contractor during job execution and coordinate with customer and back-office support for any resources requirements to complete the job. Get the PAC or time sheets signed by the customer after completion of assigned task that can be used to invoice the customer.
- Prepare and provide site reports, activity plans and resource requirements and share them with the PM, line manager or supervisor.
- Follow the company rules and regulations, display good behavior at office and at site, any safety or integrity incident should be reported to line manager, supervisor or project Manager. Implement value in day-to-day activity or task.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly time sheet, expanse report as per company guideline in timely manner, prepare travel authorization prior to start the travelling for site or deployment.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in high voltage products, electrical equipment, switchgears, HV switchgear protection and control, monitoring and measuring devices, industries or utilities companies.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
