نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستركز في هذه الوظيفة على تصميم وتوصيل وتنفيذ خطة تشغيلية لإنجاز مشروع هندسي، يشمل ذلك إعداد التصاميم وضوابط المشروع والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية وتقديرات التكلفة والإنتاج والنقل والتركيب والاختبار و/أو تشغيل البنية التحتية الجديدة والمرافق والمعدات وغيرها. كما ستتابع التقدم والأداء مقارنة بخطة المشروع، وتتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة لحل المشكلات التشغيلية وتقليل التأخير، وتحديد وتطوير وجمع الموارد اللازمة لإكمال المشروع. قد يشمل ذلك إعداد المعايير الهندسية والتصاميم ومواصفات العمل، وتطوير جداول المشروع والميزانيات والتوقعات، واختيار المواد والمعدات وطاقم المشروع والمقاولين الخارجيين. تعد هذه الوظيفة لمهني كبير (P3) يطبق معرفة متقدمة في مجال العمل تُكتسب عادةً من خلال التعليم المتقدم والخبرة العملية. قد تشمل المسؤوليات: إدارة المشاريع/العمليات، العمل بشكل مستقل مع إشراف محدود، توجيه ومراجعة أعمال المهنيين ذوي المستوى الأدنى. المشكلات التي تواجهك صعبة ومعقدة أحياناً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني للمناقصات وتنفيذ مشاريع العملاء، وإعداد الرسومات الأولية وكميات المواد للعناصر الهندسية لمفاتيح الجهد العالي المعزولة بالغاز.
- القيادة الفنية لمحطات التحويل الفرعية، والمسؤولية الشاملة عن إدارة وتوجيه جميع الأنشطة الهندسية للمشروع وإعداد المواصفات ومراجعة عروض الموردين والتنسيق مع إدارة سلسلة التوريد لشراء المواد والمعدات والخدمات.
- قيادة وحضور المناقشات مع العملاء، والتعامل مع استفسارات الموقع واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
- مساعدة المتدربين والمهندسين المبتدئين والفنيين وفرق الدعم في أسئلة التصميم.
- مراجعة المخرجات قبل تسليمها للعميل.
- مراجعة وإعداد المستندات الفنية لشراء محولات التيار ومحولات الجهد.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء عند الحاجة، والمشاركة الفاعلة في اجتماع مراجعة المشروع.
- المساهمة الفاعلة في تقليل وقت التسليم وتكلفة حل مفاتيح الجهد العالي المعزولة بالغاز المقدم من خلال تطوير حل وفقاً للمتطلبات الفنية للمشروع.
- الالتزام بخطة المشروع التفصيلية لتحقيق التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان جودة المخرجات كأولوية قصوى والتركيز على الحلول المثلى التي تعود بالنفع على العميل والشركة.
- التواصل مع مهندسي الخرسانة والصلب والتطبيقات بشأن الأنظمة/الحلول من هيتاشي للطاقة أو شركات المقاولات العامة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإجراءات الخارجية والداخلية المعمول بها، والالتزام بالقيم الأساسية لهيتاشي للطاقة المتعلقة بالسلامة والنزاهة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في أدوار متعلقة بمفاتيح الجهد العالي المعزولة بالغاز (Gas insulated Switchgear - GIS).
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.

The opportunity
As a Project Lead Engineer - Primary, you will be focusing on designing, communicating, and implementing an operational plan for completing an engineering-based project including: Preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc. Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project. May include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

You will play a critical role in Providing technical support for tendering & Execution of Customer projects, preparation of Primary drawings & Bill of Quantities for Engineered items of Gas insulated Switchgears, Technical lead for Substations, Overall responsibility for managing and leading all engineering activities of the project, prepare specifications, check supplier’s offers & co-ordinate with Supply Chain Management for procurement of materials, equipment’s & Services.

- Lead & attend discussions with customers, handle site queries and take necessary actions.
- Helping apprentices, entry-level engineers, technicians, and support teams with design questions.
- Review of deliverables before submission to client.
- Review and preparation of technical documents for procurement of Current transformers and voltage transformers.
- Participate in customer meetings as required. Active participation in project review meeting.
- Active project contribution to reduce the lead time and cost of the offered GIS solution by developing a solution as per project technical requirements.
- Adhere to the detailed project plan to meet on time delivery.
- To ensure quality of deliverable as top priority.
- To focus on optimized solutions with benefit to customer and HE.
- Interface with civil, steel and application engineers on systems / solutions part from Hitachi Energy / EPC companies.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Gas insulated Switchgear (GIS) roles.
