انضم إلى شركة Hitachi Energy في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية، كأخصائي فئات (Category Specialist). في هذا الدور، ستقوم بتنفيذ استراتيجيات سلسلة التوريد (SCM) ومتابعتها في المصانع لضمان توفر المواد وأداء التسليم وكفاءة التكلفة، مع قيادة عملية الشراء لمجموعات مواد محددة لتحقيق أهداف التوفر والتوفير والجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ ممارسات سلسلة التوريد (SCM) ودعم تنفيذها وصيانتها والامتثال لها، مثل المصادر الاستراتيجية والتميز وإدارة المخاطر وإدارة قاعدة الموردين والجودة.
- تصميم وتنفيذ خطط للمصادر المحلية لتحقيق أهداف العمل، ودعم مبادرات المصادر الإقليمية والعالمية حسب الحاجة.
- دفع تطبيق مبادرات سلسلة التوريد العالمية ومراقبة الأداء ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) العالمية.
- تحديد واختيار الموردين والمواد ودعم تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المصادر الإقليمية والعالمية بالتنسيق مع مدراء الفئات الإقليميين/العالميين.
- تطوير مفاهيم المصادر في سلسلة التوريد، بما في ذلك عدد ونوع الموردين المطلوبين، ومقارنات التصنيع مقابل الشراء، وسيناريوهات التكلفة، والمواد الجديدة.
- مشاركة مفاهيم المصادر مع أصحاب المصلحة والاتفاق على الإجراءات والمسؤوليات والمواعيد النهائية.
- العمل مع مدراء الفئات ومهندسي جودة الموردين لاختيار الموردين، وتحديد الحاجة لتطوير موردين جدد للمواد الحرجة.
- تنسيق وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المصادر لتحديد وتحليل وتقييم ومراجعة ومراقبة الموردين، وإجراء جميع أنشطة سلسلة التوريد للسلع والخدمات وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات.
- إدارة العقود وتكييف الإطار التعاقدي المؤسسي مع احتياجات العمل المحلية، والتوصية باتفاقات الإطار للإدارة والتنفيذ بعد الموافقة.
- دعم فرق العروض والمناقصات بتوفير معلومات السوق ذات الصلة، وتخطيط وبدء ومراقبة أنشطة المصادر الاستراتيجية للمشاريع وتطوير المنتجات الجديدة وإشراك الموردين الرئيسيين مبكراً وجوانب التصميم وفق التكلفة.
- الاستفادة من عملية التحسين المستمر للمصادر (CIPS) وبدء وتحسين التميز التشغيلي وأداء الموردين، وإدارة نتائج تقييم أداء الموردين (SPE) وأهداف التكلفة في التطويرات الجديدة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع الموردين الرئيسيين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد والجودة والامتثال للشروط التعاقدية، والإشراف على أداء الموردين (التسليم في الوقت المحدد، الجودة، المهلة الزمنية) وحل مشكلات الأداء.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين مثل الهندسة والتخطيط والتلبية لضمان توفر المواد في الإنتاج، وتطبيق المعايير المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة وأخلاقيات العمل ضمن العمل التشغيلي وإدارة العقود والتفاوض.
- المسؤولية عن ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية الخارجية والداخلية المعمول بها، والعيش بقيم Hitachi Energy الأساسية: السلامة والنزاهة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو سلسلة التوريد، أو خبرة عمل معادلة.
- 10 سنوات خبرة عمل كحد أدنى في الهندسة أو المشتريات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- نهج تعاوني يركز على الحلول ومهارات اتصال قوية.
- التوجه نحو النتائج مع مهارات تنفيذ مثبتة.
- مهارات شخصية وتواصل ممتازة، بما في ذلك القدرة على التأثير والإقناع.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة يومية.
- التوجه نحو الامتثال والأخلاقيات.
- المرونة للسفر حتى 15% من الوقت.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات CPSM أو PMP، وخبرة في SAP، وأنظمة إدارة الوثائق، وPower BI، وإتقان Microsoft Office.

The opportunity

How You’ll Make An Impact
- SCM Practice Implementation and support the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of SCM practices, such as Strategic Sourcing, Process & Excellence, Risk Management, Supply Base Management & Quality.
- Design and implement plans for local sources to reach business targets. Support regional and global sourcing initiatives as required.
- Drive the implementation of global SCM initiatives and monitor performance and global SCM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Supplier / Material Identification and selection and support the development and implementation of regional/global sourcing strategies in alignment with regional/global Category Managers.
- Develop SCM sourcing concepts, including number and type of suppliers needed, make-or-buy comparisons, cost scenarios, and new materials.
- Share sourcing concepts with relevant stakeholders, agree on actions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Work with Category Managers and Supplier Quality Engineers for supplier selection.
- Identify the need for new supplier developments for critical materials.
- Coordinate and implement sourcing strategies to identify, analyze, evaluate, audit, and monitor suppliers.
- Conduct all SCM activities for goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Contract management and adapt the corporate contractual framework to local business needs.
- Recommend frame agreements to management and execute upon approval.
- Bid and Proposal support bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
- Strategic sourcing activities and Plan, initialize, and monitor strategic sourcing activities for projects, new product developments, early involvement of key suppliers, and design to cost aspects.
- Leverage the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) process, Initiate and improve operational Excellence & Supplier Performance.
- Manage Supplier Performance Evaluation (SPE) results and cost targets in new developments.
- Supplier Relationship Management and managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Oversee supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolve performance issues.
- Internal Stakeholder Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as engineering, planning, and fulfillment to secure material availability in production. Apply standards on health, safety, environment, and business ethics within operational work, contract management, and negotiations.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Engineering, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Results orientation with proven implementation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently daily.
- Compliance and ethics oriented.
- Flexibility to travel up to 15%.
- Preferred: CPSM or PMP certifications, SAP Experience, Documentation Management Systems, Power BI, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
