We are currently looking to hire a Crewing Officer

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Crewing Officer to lead end-to-end recruitment, crew logistics, and marine compliance for our offshore/onshore fleet. Based in our Dammam Head Office, you will be the primary point of contact for our seafarers and play a critical role in managing vessel operations and regional client approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, interview, negotiate contracts, and manage global rotations for officers and crew.
• Client Approvals: Coordinate directly with clients and authorities, specifically managing Saudi Aramco Quality and Assurance provisional approvals.
• Crew Logistics: Oversee sign-on/sign-off procedures, flight bookings, and complex visa processing (including LOIs for Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman).
• Compliance & Admin: Manage Flag State Documentation, update crew certs, prepare monthly payroll data, and verify vendor invoices.

Crucial Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of dedicated experience as a Crewing Officer within the offshore maritime or oil & gas sector.
• Aramco Familiarity: Direct experience handling Saudi Aramco CV submissions and approval processes is highly preferred.
• Regional Logistics: Strong knowledge of GCC visa regulations, travel mobilization, and flag state documentation.
• Vendor Management: Sharp negotiation skills for managing recruitment agents, travel vendors, and service providers.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills to act as the daily anchor between vessels, agents, and management.
