نبذة عن الوظيفة

تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تخطيط الأنشطة الكهربائية للمشروع وتنظيمها ومتابعتها، بما يضمن إنجازه بنجاح وفق التوجيهات التي يحددها مدير المشروع، والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات المعتمدة، وسياسات ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها (QA/QC).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة وثائق المشروع الكهربائية، بما في ذلك المنهجية، وإجراءات ضمان الجودة والرقابة، والمخططات الهندسية، والجدول الزمني للتنفيذ والإنشاء.
  • إعداد الوثائق الفنية المقدمة للاعتماد ومراجعتها، مثل التصاميم والمواصفات والرسومات والحسابات وبيانات طرق العمل وتقييمات المخاطر وغيرها، والتأكد من توافقها مع متطلبات العميل والجهات الرسمية والمستخدمين النهائيين والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
  • الإشراف على أعمال التركيب في الموقع بشكل يومي، ومعاينة الفحوصات، وتحديد أوجه عدم الالتزام بوثائق التنفيذ، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق اليومي مع قائد الفريق وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين للتحقق من أعمال المقاولين من الباطن وتوثيق مشكلات الجودة والإبلاغ عنها، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان سير جميع أنشطة التنفيذ في الموقع بشكل سليم، ومراجعة سير العمل.
  • عقد الاجتماعات الفنية والمتابعة المستمرة مع إدارتي التصميم والهندسة لدى العميل.
  • الحفاظ على معايير الجودة لجميع الأنشطة الكهربائية وفق خطة الجودة للمشروع.
  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق عمل فعّال لإنجاز الأعمال بكفاءة.
  • توفير القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم، وتفويضهم في مهامهم، وتوزيع المهام بعدالة للحفاظ على معنوياتهم وتحفيزهم.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخططة لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق جداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بكفاءة لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن التكلفة والوقت المحددين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية منظمة توضح الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخططة.
  • حل المشكلات المرتبطة بالعمل ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة إلى الجهات المختصة.
  • ضمان تطوير ضوابط ومعالجات فعّالة لمراقبة الجودة، تشمل مواصفات المنتجات والعمليات والأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق الأنظمة والسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل المكتوبة، والسعي إلى أتمتة العمليات قدر الإمكان.
  • الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات الضبط والإدارة المتعلقة بالسلامة والجودة والبيئة ضمن نطاق العمل المحدد، لضمان السلامة والامتثال للأنظمة وتسليم منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة.

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى سنتين (حديث التخرج).

Job description:

Job Purpose

This position exists to plan, organize, and control the electrical activities of the project to best accomplish the successful completion within the guidelines established by the Project Manager according to the established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints.

Key Accountability Areas

Responsibility:
• Review project electrical documents that include, methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments … etc. for compliance with client’s requirements, authority requirements, end-user requirements, local and international standards
• Oversee/inspect site installation work in daily basis, witness tests, identify non-compliance to construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures
• Coordinate on a daily basis with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document and report the quality issues of work performed by the sub-contractors and provide/suggest corrective actions
• Ensuring all construction activities run well at the site and review the progress.
• Conducting technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
Quality:
• Maintain the quality standards of all electrical activities as per project quality plan

Role Accountability
  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
