Job Title: Account Manager

For: Hajj Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's business objectives.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, profitability, and financial performance, ensuring effective cost control.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial settlements.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, Zakat, Tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage financial planning and budget allocation for Hajj season operations, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.
• Coordinate with banks, external auditors, government authorities, and other financial stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
• Supervise the finance and accounting team, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze financial results and provide management with reports, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial transactions, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance Major, or a related field.
• SOCPA certification or eligibility for SOCPA membership is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in Hajj, Umrah, or hospitality services.
• Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah services, seasonal operations, and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure during the Hajj season and meet demanding operational deadlines.
