رتال للتطوير العمراني تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب Handover Executive في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مسؤول عن استقبال العملاء ومساعدتهم في الاستفسارات المتعلقة بعقاراتهم، إضافة إلى تسليم المفاتيح للعملاء، وإجراء جلسات التعريف بالمنزل (Home Orientations)، وتنسيق تسليم المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل مع العملاء وتحديد مواعيد لتسليم وحداتهم.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية لتحديد حالة الوحدة، وإعداد قائمة الملاحظات (Snag List) ومتابعتها مع المهندسين الميدانيين لاستكمال أي بنود ناقصة قبل التسليم ضمن إطار زمني محدد.
- إعداد جميع المستندات اللازمة في عملية التسليم.
- إعداد جميع الأوراق والفواتير.
- إعداد تقارير التسليم وتقارير الموقع الشهرية والربع سنوية.
- متابعة تحصيل رسوم تركيب الخدمات (المرافق) في المشاريع.
- أرشفة جميع المستندات.
- تحديث قاعدة بيانات المشاريع.
- مراجعة التسويات المالية مع العملاء مع القسم المالي قبل التسليم.
- متابعة طلبات العملاء وتعديلاتهم.
- التواصل مع العملاء بالتنسيق مع القسم الفني بشأن الخيارات المطورة (مثل بلاط الأسطح والألمنيوم وغيرها) حسب طلب العميل.
- متابعة إصدار رخصة المسبح للعملاء بالتنسيق مع القسم الفني والإدارة.
- جمع جميع المخططات الموقعة من قسم المبيعات وإرسالها إلى قسم الإنشاءات للمضي في التنفيذ بالموقع. وفي حال تعديل المخططات، يتم تقديم طلب تعديل ثم اتخاذ القرار بعد الاطلاع على حالة الوحدة في الموقع.
- الرد على الإشعارات والملاحظات المتعلقة بالعملاء وبالموقع خلال عملية التشطيب وبعدها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بمبادئ وممارسات خدمة العملاء.
- مهارات استماع ممتازة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تفاوض وحل مشكلات متميزة.
- العمل ضمن فريق والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Job Summary:
Responsible for meeting and assisting customers with regards to their queries on their properties. In addition, they are responsible for handing over of keys to customers, conducting Home Orientations and co-ordinating for handover of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting the clients and try to take appointments to hand over their units.
- Site visit should be done to determine the unit status, then a snag list should be done to follow up with the site engineers for any missing items before its delivery within a fixed time frame.
- Responsible for making all the needed documents in the handover process.
- Responsible for making all the paperwork and the invoices.
- Responsible for generating delivery reports, site reports monthly and quarterly.
- Following up on collecting the fees of any utility installations in the projects.
- Filing all the documents.
- Update the projects database.
- Revising with the financial department any financial settlements with clients before delivery.
- Follow up on client requests and modifications.
- Contacting Clients with the coordination with the technical for any upgraded options (Roof tiles, Aluminum, etc…) upon client’s request.
- Following up on producing the pool License to the clients with the coordination with the technical department and the administration.
- Responsible for collecting all the signed drawings from the sales department and send it to the construction department to proceed in the site. In the case of modified drawings, a modification request is done then the decision is taken after knowing the status of the unit in the site.
- Responsible for any notifications or comments concerning the clients related to the site during and after the finishing process.
