A leading global company in the diagnostic imaging and healthcare technology market is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - Healthcare IT to join its team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s Healthcare IT business, with a particular focus on diagnostic imaging, radiology workflow, PACS environments, medical-grade visualization solutions, and related healthcare technologies.

This is a customer-facing business development role requiring strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and the ability to work closely with hospitals, healthcare groups, government organizations, system integrators, distributors, and global medical imaging vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development activities for Healthcare IT and diagnostic imaging solutions across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, develop, and manage opportunities within hospitals, healthcare groups, government entities, and major healthcare projects.
• Build strong relationships with radiology departments, PACS/IT teams, biomedical engineering departments, procurement teams, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Develop relationships and business opportunities with major diagnostic imaging and healthcare technology vendors, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Support large-scale PACS, enterprise imaging, radiology, digital pathology, and other healthcare IT projects from early specification through tender, award, and implementation.
• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution positioning.
• Work closely with partners and internal technical teams to prepare commercial proposals, specifications, quotations, and project requirements.
• Monitor tenders, market developments, competitor activities, and upcoming healthcare projects.
• Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline and provide regular opportunity forecasts and market reports.
• Support partners and customers throughout the complete project lifecycle and help ensure successful project execution.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Radiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare IT, diagnostic imaging, radiology, PACS, medical imaging solutions, or related healthcare technology.
• Good understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and its major public and private healthcare organizations.
• Existing relationships within hospitals, healthcare groups, imaging vendors, system integrators, or healthcare IT partners would be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of PACS/RIS, diagnostic imaging workflow, medical displays, DICOM, enterprise imaging, digital pathology, or related technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong business development, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently in a regional and international business environment.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
