Job Objective:

To manage and supervise the execution of construction and engineering projects, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications, while adhering to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role also involves continuous coordination with the client, contractor, and project team to achieve project objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the execution of construction projects in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress on-site and ensure compliance with the approved schedule and allocated budget.
• Lead the engineering supervision team, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate directly with the client, contractor, and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review and prepare professional technical reports and periodic progress reports.
• Monitor quality and ensure that all works comply with approved standards and specifications.
• Identify potential risks and challenges that may affect project delivery and implement appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Follow up on technical observations and corrective actions, ensuring that all outstanding issues are resolved in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering regulations, professional standards, and relevant requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years of experience in similar projects.
• Previous experience working with engineering consultancy firms in construction project management and execution supervision.
• A valid and officially documented Consultant classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• A professional project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Proficiency in preparing professional technical reports and project schedules.
• Proficiency in project management, planning, monitoring, and relevant engineering software.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills when dealing with clients and contractors.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing construction challenges.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail in monitoring works and ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
• Ability to work under pressure, take responsibility, and achieve project objectives.
