Job Purpose:

Support the development and optimization of cable products, materials, and manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer and international standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve cable products and material specifications to enhance product performance, quality, and compliance.
• Evaluate new materials, technologies, and suppliers to support innovation, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct product testing, validation, and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with customer and international standards.
• Research, develop, and validate innovative manufacturing techniques and process technologies to enhance cable performance, manufacturability, and product quality.
• Investigate technical issues, product failures, and customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales, and Procurement teams to provide technical expertise on new product development, material selection, product qualification, and customer-specific requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain technical documentation to support operational excellence, knowledge management, and business growth.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, or Polymer Engineering
• 5-7 years' of experience in development and optimization of cable products, materials, and manufacturing is a must
• Excellent command of English
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Project Management certifications are preferable
