المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع مراحل تركيب وفك معدات خطوط الخدمة في مواقع العمل البرية والبحرية، وتوجيه ذلك وتنفيذه بنفسه.
- إعداد التخطيط اللازم للعمل، ويشمل تجهيز المعدات وتوجيه العمل في موقع البئر وأنشطة الدعم المتعلقة بالعميل.
- المسؤولية عن صيانة المعدات وتجهيزها واختبارها وتشغيلها في موقع العميل ومخيم الحقل.
- توجيه وتدريب مشغلي الخدمة ومساعدي المشغلين من المستويات الأدنى في مجالات تخصصهم.
- مراقبة الأجهزة وإجراء الحسابات اللازمة لضمان جودة البيانات في البئر.
- استشارة العملاء بشأن الخدمات والمنتجات، والمحافظة على علاقات جيدة معهم في موقع البئر، والتأكد من رضاهم عن النتائج.
- صيانة المعدات بشكل سليم وإعداد جميع وثائق العمل.
- تنفيذ اجتماعات السلامة اليومية قبل بدء العمل (Toolbox Meetings)، ومراجعة خطة العمل والتحقق منها مع ممثل العميل، وإدارة أي تعديلات مطلوبة.
- مراجعة المعلومات الواردة من إدارة تطوير الأعمال للتأكد من اتباع أفضل الممارسات، وأن خطط العمل المقترحة تلبي توقعات العميل بأكثر الطرق كفاءة.
- التواصل مع مسؤولي خطوط الخدمة (PSLs) والجهات الخارجية لضمان توافق الأدوات مع أنشطة موقع البئر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 9 سنوات في أنشطة حفر حقول النفط، تشمل 5 سنوات على الأقل في الحفر تحت الاتزان (Underbalanced Drilling) و/أو الحفر بالضغط المُدار (Managed Pressure Drilling).
- إتمام الثانوية العامة (High School Diploma).
- استيفاء الحد الأدنى من متطلبات الكفاءة للمستوى Svc Spec III-GBA.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة حسابية جيدة.
- مهارات قراءة واستيعاب وكتابة جيدة.

Job Duties
Under general supervision, the successful candidate will:
- Supervises, directs, and performs all phases of the rigging up and down of service line equipment on work locations both on and offshore.
- Provides the planning necessary for the job including equipment set up, well site direction, and customer related support activities.
- Responsible for the activities relative to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at the customer location and field camp.
- Mentors and trains lower level Service Operators and Operator Assistants in areas of expertise.
- Monitors instruments and performs necessary calculations to ensure quality of data at the well.
- Consults with customers concerning services and products, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and ensures customer satisfaction with results.
- Properly maintains equipment and completes all job documentation.
- Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings, reviews and verifies job plan with customer representative, and manages any changes required.
- Must be able to review information received from Business Development to confirm best practices are followed and that proposed job plans meet customer's expectations in the most efficient manner.
- Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity compatibility.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
