As a Technical Quality Engineer / Success Plan Manager (TQM/SPM), you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for our customers, managing complex customer-related risks, adoption concerns, and delivery challenges. In this role, you will assess these situations thoughtfully and develop strategic mitigation approaches that ensure smooth delivery and consistently high-quality service engagement.

Your deep technical expertise will be central to your success. You will leverage specialised knowledge in at least one of the following areas to bridge business objectives with SAP solution capabilities:

• SAP Functional Modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, SuccessFactors, Analytics, or Data Management
• SAP Technical Domains: Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Suite, or SAP BTP

Beyond technical excellence, you will manage executive-level customer relationships and governance processes, ensuring strong alignment between customer needs and SAP solution delivery. You will establish, lead, and maintain governance cadence including Executive Steering Committees, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ongoing status and value reporting. You will develop and implement comprehensive customer service plans that drive adoption and maximise value realisation throughout the entire customer journey.

A key focus of your work will be driving measurable improvements in customer adoption rates through successful engagement strategies that enhance service delivery and reduce implementation risks. Throughout all of this, you will demonstrate exceptional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities, leveraging excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer environments and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

We are seeking a professional with proven expertise in consulting, stakeholder management, and customer engagement, combined with deep technical knowledge of SAP solutions and a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.

• Proven ability to establish, lead, and maintain executive governance cadences including Executive Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews. Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships and translating business requirements into strategic delivery outcomes.
• Deep technical expertise in at least one SAP Functional or Technical domain (Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, SuccessFactors, Integration Suite, SAP BTP, Analytics, or Data Management). Ability to bridge business objectives with SAP solution capabilities and provide trusted advisory support.
• Proven track record of driving customer adoption and value realisation through strategic engagement strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations, mitigate delivery risks, and deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes. Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
