Hiring: Senior Resident Engineer, Riyadh, KSA

Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading construction consultancy in Saudi Arabia to hire a Senior Resident Engineer. You’ll lead the Construction Supervision team on site and be the Consultant’s face to the Client, the contractors and every stakeholder in between.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the Construction Supervision team and represent the Consultant on site

Review contractor programmes, method statements, shop drawings and submittals

Oversee RFIs, variation orders, claims and payment certification

Keep quality, safety and environmental standards high through testing, commissioning and handover

What we’re looking for

BSc Architecture with 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in KSA or the Gulf

PMP certified

A FIDIC contracts background (essential)

Familiarity with Aconex as the official correspondence protocol

Fluent English, with strong presentation and communication skills

You’re the right fit if you

Have led site supervision teams on large projects, not just joined one

Resolve technical and contractual issues before they become delays

Hold quality and HSE standards on site without slowing the programme
