تعلن شركة Stryker، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في التقنيات الطبية، عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة أخصائي أول، ضمان الجودة والمراقبة بعد طرح المنتج (QA & PMS) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يلعب شاغل الوظيفة دوراً محورياً في دعم أنشطة ضمان الجودة والمراقبة بعد طرح المنتج عبر منظومة الشركة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، بهدف ضمان جودة منتجات الشركة وسلامتها والتزامها بالمتطلبات.
- نظام العمل: هجين، بدوام حضوري في الموقع ثلاثة أيام أسبوعياً.
- السفر: نحو 10%، ويشمل السفر داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وخارجها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة ضمان الجودة (QA) والمراقبة بعد طرح المنتج (PMS) وفقاً للإجراءات والمتطلبات المحلية والإقليمية والمؤسسية.
- دعم تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة المحلي (QMS) وصيانته لضمان الامتثال التنظيمي المستمر.
- تنسيق أنشطة الإبلاغ عن سلامة المنتجات، ودعم التواصل مع الأطراف المعنية، ومنهم الكوادر الصحية والموزعون والجهات التنظيمية.
- دعم إدارة الأحداث المتعلقة بالجودة، ومنها حالات عدم المطابقة (NC) والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA) وأنشطة المتابعة.
- المساهمة في إعداد الإجراءات والتعليمات التشغيلية وإرشادات العمل (SOPs) وتحديثها وتطبيقها.
- المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية، ودعم الجاهزية للتفتيش.
- تقديم تدريب في الجودة والامتثال للموظفين، ودعم تأهيل أعضاء الفريق الجدد.
- العمل مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان دمج متطلبات الجودة في العمليات التجارية بفعالية.
- دعم تطبيق التغييرات على أنظمة الجودة الإقليمية أو العالمية داخل المؤسسة المحلية.
- رصد وجمع وإعداد تقارير مؤشرات الجودة والمراقبة بعد طرح المنتج، ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- تعزيز ثقافة الجودة والامتثال في المؤسسة.
- التعاون مع فرق EEMEA وفرق الشؤون التنظيمية وضمان الجودة (RAQA) العالمية لدعم الأهداف التجارية والتنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم الحياة أو الرعاية الصحية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في ضمان الجودة أو الشؤون التنظيمية أو المراقبة بعد طرح المنتج، أو في بيئة الرعاية الصحية أو الأجهزة الطبية أو ما يرتبط بها.
- معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة ومبادئ الامتثال التنظيمي.
- مفضّل: خبرة في صناعة الأجهزة الطبية أو الأدوية أو الرعاية الصحية.
- مفضّل: إلمام بإجراءات NC وCAPA ومعالجة الشكاوى أو PMS.
- مفضّل: معرفة بمتطلبات ISO 13485 وMDR وSFDA أو غيرها من متطلبات الجودة والتنظيم المعمول بها.
- مفضّل: إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل وحل مشكلات قوية.
- إجادة تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

What you will do:
- Executing Quality Assurance (QA) and Post Market Surveillance (PMS) activities in line with local, regional, and corporate procedures and requirements.
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the local Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Coordinating product safety reporting activities and supporting communications with relevant stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory authorities.
- Supporting the management of quality events, including non-conformances (NCs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and follow-up activities.
- Assisting in the development, update, and implementation of quality procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Participating in internal and external audits and supporting inspection readiness activities.
- Delivering quality and compliance training to employees and supporting onboarding of new team members.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure quality requirements are effectively integrated into business processes.
- Supporting the implementation of regional or global quality system changes within the local organization.
- Monitoring, collecting, and reporting QA and PMS metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
- Collaborating with EEMEA and global RAQA teams to support business and regulatory objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Post Market Surveillance, or a related healthcare or medical device environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance principles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with NC, CAPA, complaint handling, or PMS processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, SFDA, or other applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Working arrangement: Hybrid, on-site three days per week.
- Travel: Approximately 10%, including travel across the MENA region and internationally.
