تعلن شركة Stryker، الرائدة عالمياً في التقنيات الطبية، عن توفر وظيفة Operations Manager للعمل في الرياض أو دبي، ضمن فريق قيادة العمليات، للإشراف على جميع الأنشطة التشغيلية في المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية التشغيلية المناسبة للأسواق المحددة في النموذج الحالي (خدمة العملاء، حجز العدة، لوجستيات العدة، الشحن/الاستلام والتخزين، إدارة الأصول).
- إدارة الأنشطة التشغيلية وضمان استقطاب أفضل المواهب وتطويرها وإدارتها وإشراكها.
- العمل على تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات وضمان استدامة الحلول المبتكرة مع مرور الوقت.
- توجيه أنشطة العمل والمشاريع بناءً على فهم واضح لاحتياجات العملاء والسوق.
- بناء وتعزيز والحفاظ على العلاقات مع الزملاء عبر مختلف الوظائف (التجارية، RAQA، المالية، سلسلة التوريد EMEA، إلخ) والأقسام (المبيعات، التسويق) مع استغلال فرص التكامل داخل المنطقة.
- قيادة أو المشاركة في مشاريع متعددة الوظائف ودمج عمليات أي عمليات اندماج أو استحواذ ذات صلة.
- ضمان تنفيذ وتطبيق والامتثال لجميع السياسات واللوائح التنظيمية (الامتثال، SOX، FCPA وغيرها).
- دعم توحيد العمليات ومواءمتها.
- ضمان مراجعة وتحقيق جميع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والمقاييس المالية لخدمة العملاء والخدمات اللوجستية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في تخصص إدارة الأعمال أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مسؤوليات مماثلة، ويفضل أن تكون مزيجاً من إدارة المستودعات/الخدمات اللوجستية ومسؤوليات مواجهة العملاء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة الأفراد.
- خبرة في شركة متعددة الجنسيات ذات هيكل تنظيمي معقد.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في أدوات Lean/Process Excellence/Six Sigma والتدريب و/أو الشهادات ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

We are hiring our future Operations Manager for our GTM markets. Based in RIyadh or Dubaï, you will be part of the Operations Leadership team and responsible for all Operational Activities across KSA & UAE.

- Develop and implement the appropriate Operations strategy for assigned markets in curent model (Customer Service, Kit Booking, Kit Logistics, Shipping/Receiving & Warehousing, Asset Management).
- Manage the Operational activities ensuring that the best talent is sourced, developed, managed and engaged
- Work to identify and implement process improvements and ensures that breakthrough solutions are sustained over time.
- Direct work activities & projects based on a clear understanding of customer and market needs.
- Build, liaise and maintain relationships with colleagues across various functions (Commercial, RAQA, Finance, EMEA Supply Chain, etc.) and divisions (Sales, Marketing) while driving leverage opportunities within region
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and the integration of operations of any relevant mergers or acquisitions.
- Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and other policies and regulations are implemented, applied and followed.
- Support standardization and alignment of processes
- Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and financial metrics for Customer and Logistics Services are reviewed and achieved
- Degree in a Business or Logistics discipline(s) or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in similar responsibility - this experience should ideally be a mix of Logistic/Warehouse management & Customer-facing responsibility
- 3 years of experience in people management
- Experience in a multinational company with complex organization
- Fluency in English
- Arabic language is an advantage
- Process Lean/Excellence/Six Sigma tools, training and/or certification experience of advantage
