المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ جلسات التدريب الفردية والجماعية عن بُعد
- دعم العملاء في تحديد أهداف تطوير القيادة وتحقيقها
- دمج تقييمات الذكاء الاصطناعي والرؤى المستندة إليه في خطط تدريب مخصصة
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتطوير المحتوى القيادي
- مشاركة الملاحظات التي تسهم في تحسين المنتجات والبرامج
- الاحتفاظ بتوثيق دقيق لعمليات التدريب
- المساهمة في مبادرات الإرشاد والتدريب
- الالتزام بأخلاقيات التدريب المهني ومعاييره، وضمان جودة تجربة العملاء في بيئة العمل عن بُعد
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في التدريب والإرشاد، مع شهادة ICF سارية (ACC أو PCC أو MCC) أو شهادة تدريب مهني معادلة
- خبرة في تطوير القيادات والتدريب، تشمل تصميم برامج للمديرين والتنفيذيين والقادة الناشئين وتقديمها
- خلفية في الاستشارات والتدريب، مع القدرة على تحويل احتياجات المؤسسات إلى خطط تطوير عملية
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة عدة عملاء في آن واحد، والحفاظ على الحدود المهنية والمعايير الأخلاقية
- درجة البكالوريوس في علم النفس أو التطوير المؤسسي أو إدارة الأعمال أو الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة، ودرجة عليا ميزة إضافية

Role Description The Leadership Coach (ICF) will provide remote, one-on-one and group coaching to leaders and emerging leaders using Uplevel’s frameworks, tools, and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting coaching sessions, supporting clients in setting and achieving leadership development goals, and integrating AI-driven assessments and insights into personalized coaching plans. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine leadership content, sharing observations that inform product and program improvements, and maintaining accurate documentation of coaching engagements. The Leadership Coach (ICF) will also contribute to mentoring and training initiatives, uphold professional coaching ethics and standards, and ensure a high-quality experience for clients in a remote environment.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Coaching & Mentoring, with an active ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent professional coaching certification.
- Experience in Leadership Development and Coaching, including designing and delivering programs for managers, executives, and emerging leaders.
- Background in Consulting and Training, with the ability to translate organizational needs into practical development plans and learning experiences.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport in a remote coaching environment.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled or AI-supported coaching platforms and comfort working with digital tools and data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, organizational development, business, HR, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience coaching diverse professionals across industries and cultures; commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory coaching practices.
